That old idiotic hackneyed expression ??
no assay result RNS tomorrow then my guess Monday...............and guess what.......I would not like to be out over the weekend....??
My guess is the buyer is already identified and on board....hence all the "wrapping up" .......this is certainly just about packaged....end game is close....very close...dont get caught "selling" and hoping to buy back in cheaper....you may just find yourself on the outside...not able to get back in :-)
I hope they take time and bring all the results out together. With a very good offer of a sale as well ,that would probably be best I think.
We may not hear much if they are in any sort of negotiation...
see page 37 https://www.londonstockexchange.com/companies-and-advisors/aim/advisers/aim-notices/aim-rules-for-companies-july-2016.pdf 'Unless disclosure is required under Article 17 of MAR, an AIM company may delay
notifying information under this rule if it is an impending development or a matter in
the course of negotiation provided such information is kept confidential. The AIM
company must ensure it has in place, in accordance with rule 31, effective procedures
and controls designed to ensure the confidentiality of such information to minimise the
risk of a leak'
Some nice chunky trades going through on NEX......
I am more interested in EUZ also
but
bring on the election. All remainers vote Lib dem who then get 48% of the vote and get into power then we No Brexit …..????
I'm more interested in EUZ, they've had over 3 years to sort this mess out. Self indulgent MPs - the lot of them only interested in their own egos.
People voted to leave so they have to honour it but without screwing the country.
Accumulating...
Johnson may not have much time left as a free man the rate he is going.
Don't think a party can withdraw whip from the Speaker.....
....Not expecting any major f*** ups this week, just news identifying the potential target. Sleepless nights ahead.
o/t Though i am expecting Boris to surprise us all by pulling the whipp from a few more renegades including the speaker before he can inflict any more damage in the little time he has left.
@Nige...no worries....AT least you found the info in the end...thats more than I could do. BTW...its out by 166,666,667 due to the latest RNS which was put out on Friday becoming active Monday. So the options outstanding should reduce accordingly .
Ta :)
BricksSA, To be honest I can't believe I went about it in such a long winded way reading back through all the relevant RNSs when the information we wanted was right under my nose on the official site !
Anyway shower now and then watching Huddersfield v sheff wednesday on TV, then pub straight after. Have a great Sunday everyone.
Thanks Nige...guess that takes away the "intrigue" factor now.
just have done shed
Thanks Nige - lazy posts usually annoy me but could you direct me to where that can be seen in an official context? Don't want to waste any more of this lovely Sunday :)

Further to the below....They estimated a NPV of $110m when 5,576,876,317 were in issue.......so with 12,488,876,318 now in issue for us to remain on a "par" the NPV should now be in the region of roughly $240m........ its highly likely that it will be...pending the outcome of the latest drilling results. Lets wait and see.
Well I sincerely hope the ones dating back to FCR days have already lapsed as a fly on the wall has told me since CB has joined Europa Metals...he has diluted the company from 5,576,876,317 issued shares to the current levels.......12 488 876 318.....so we need to wise up here .....

Page 4, at the very bottam. What is that mineral? We should find out very soon.
GLA
Agreed BicksSA, I am thinking along the same lines as you on this, it is the only way to beat the big boys because you are buying cheaper than many of the warrants but not all are exercisable. There are more dating back to the FCR days I have found too but these are minimal and at a much higher price.
The one issue is having the free cash to buy circa another 30 m shares or cica £13.5K spare!
