I got excited and googled the terminology used by Matt Han**** and this press release came up https://www.gov.uk/government/news/roll-out-of-2-new-rapid-coronavirus-tests-ahead-of-winter - is he just repeating what was previously announced?
I don't think he actually said it would mean the JORC release would be sooner - he did say 'saved us two weeks' but didn't elaborate as to what he was actually referring to so I really wouldn't read too much into that - he has said early Q4 for JORC
There was talk the other day of the 'cup and handle' chart pattern - I'm no chartist but i can still see that pattern in this chart, we are just in the handle part at the moment

I did actually message him earlier today on Linkedin and asked about when we might expect JORC results - and he said they will be in early Q4 - so anytime now essentially, currently being processed. Early Q4 to me means anytime in October, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks
We may not hear much if they are in any sort of negotiation...
see page 37 https://www.londonstockexchange.com/companies-and-advisors/aim/advisers/aim-notices/aim-rules-for-companies-july-2016.pdf 'Unless disclosure is required under Article 17 of MAR, an AIM company may delay
notifying information under this rule if it is an impending development or a matter in
the course of negotiation provided such information is kept confidential. The AIM
company must ensure it has in place, in accordance with rule 31, effective procedures
and controls designed to ensure the confidentiality of such information to minimise the
risk of a leak'
presuming there is a sale and this goes to mine - is there any possibility of an option where shareholders maintain some/all their shares into production or is it black and white if there is a buyout your shares are bought for a set price and if you want in on the production aspect you buy shares in the company who have bought out EUZ?
I found this one interesting

This is where i got my info from - like i said i just googled, so i've no idea if this is the relevant piece of info or not - so as not to mislead anyone here is the link to where that info came from https://www.londonstockexchange.com/companies-and-advisors/aim/publications/rules-regulations/aim-rules-for-companies.pdf
Just did a bit of googling...
Rule 11 of AIM...
(e) Unless disclosure is required under Article 17 of MAR, an AIM company may delay
notifying information under this rule if it is an impending development or a matter in
the course of negotiation provided such information is kept confidential. The AIM
company must ensure it has in place, in accordance with rule 31, effective procedures
and controls designed to ensure the confidentiality of such information to minimise the
risk of a leak.
According to the linked in update posted yesterday, the toral met sample arrived at Wardell Armstrong 'this week' - how long would it typically take to get results? and how long from having results would they be obliged to annouce any price sensitive information?
I am presuming we won't hear much before the end of the month at the earliest, would that be about right?
