The way Eurasia is organising their operations and has brought in experienced people it looks like a possibility would be to sell one of the mines and to use the resulting funds to develop the other. That would allow EUA to be independent with sufficient funds to not have to rely on banks.
I would think part of the sale money would go on development of the other mine and part in a special dividend. We see the current way the SP is manipulated and a special dividend will provide certainty in a return to investors which the company can determine. Bear in mind the Directors hold a significant number of shares and can not be impressed with the manipulation of the SP as is happening currently.
The company would then have a strong cash position, not relying on banks, and an SP more under control. It would also have a stable position to continue as a company and the new Directors can be used to ensure the strong development of the remaining mine.
Keep WK, sell MT. Use funds from sale and from WK metal sales to re-visit old license areas. Drill and prove them up, then sell them as well, rinse and repeat.
WK with tipil flanks is a very large area, great cash cow base camp. Imho.
GLA
I don't have an opinion on which to sell. I would think they sell the one they'll get the most for or the one any buyer is most interested in. EUA now have the expertise to develop either one.
Unfortunately the market is filled with numpties! When an RNS lands updating on the sale situation they will all be scrambling back in. What's the point in them messing around for a few quid elsewhere. The best return in short term is right here at EUA.
They're probably all traders, made a few percent and flogging. Probably have no idea of the story behind EUA, their loss in the long run.
My thoughts as well, day traders at it with next to no interest in fundamentals.
The trades might mostly be displaying as sells this morning EUA1 but that doesn't mean that they actually are all sells. The current buy price is below the mid price so buys would be displayed as sells.
LSE must be carrying out BB maintenance or rather implementing control considering the amount exposure this stock has now gained... ramp/ de-ramp posts are being removed accordingly.
No, they aren't EUA. Current buy price is 2.65p.
No EUA, try doing a dummy buy. Actual current buy price is 2.650
expect to see 3 delayed 500ks buys nothing more than that yet
Sell MT on the basis that NN need palladium and fast, as per their current expansion plans. Prove volchetundra up and then also sell, WK in the background the whole time scaling up and bringing a nice little revenue stream. There are also old areas in the urals they could go back to if it was feasible at a later date. Just my opinion though, either way i believe the BOD have every base covered and a very rock solid plan going forward.
GLA
That's indicated prices, not what people are actually buying for Gecko. Actual buy price is 2.65p which is below the mid price so will show as a sell.
Those were the days.
NO.....the're just ****ed off with the drivel that's posted here.........GLA
Nope they would'nt have sold. Probably just being patient. Theres no new information to discuss right now.
still here, got fed up fighting the negatives, although they seem to be a lot quieter since the DDOS system was beefed up.
Patience is your friend when investing
im sure theres a few im missing but hopefully you might find something new

They make out they are invested. Be all friendly then just turn. Can’t trust any new posters anymore. Hidden agendas
Another feeble and utterly incompetent tactic to try and spread a little panic, they have tried everything else and all we get are yet more village idiots, beggars belief really.
Well said Beast, the board is a lot quieter without them. GLA
Beast, oddly enough I haven’t had any green boxes show up so far today, hopefully they’ve all been banned. Have you had any?
Seems LSE are onto them now. Tracking IP’s and what not.
Blimey it's sensible here today now it's just as so called "rampers" left (aka LTHs)
I was thinking about it all yesterday and yes maybe with WK expanding and this new area mentioned I think sell MT, special divi, and relaunch in the old area where they already have drilling results and get that set up for a start so adding value for a buyer seems plausible. Like an exploration company does, but clearly we are also a miner now too with WK going free of contractors.
If the SP is being held in a range, which is purely speculation but if so, it may be to not price out a buyer or make a realistic deal unacceptable to shareholders who would/could get a vote. It might not pay as instantly as a complete sell off but should see a build in the SP especially if WK becomes profitable with the new approvals. There is then the gold tailings project as well - recovering gold from old drilling waste with new methods. It would be a balance of quick returns vs full realisation of value. The fullest realisation would possibly be from going it alone into production but it's a longish road and others would get there quicker and so that's the bargaining zone where a deal makes sense.
I'm quite new to all this but it seems to me to always pay for such a company to have more than one mine otherwise when you sell you are a cash shell and a clock starts ticking etc and even an aim listing has a value of itself best not to throw away.
People were scaremongering yesterday but if there were any concerns about palladium I think the price would not be going up so much.
It may be true that if any one party was going hard for a full takeover they would have bought some cheap shares by now, but maybe not as that would make all the shares more expensive once cat was out bag so not huge to gain from doing so. It's hard to acquire the 30% that necessitates a takeover bid quickly without sending the price up. I imagine. So any outcome is still possible but it's great we hold so many strong cards.
As long as you've only invested what you can afford to lose it's an exciting time as things seem very well set up to capitalise upon the increased value of the resource.
