Lots and lots of speculation tonight which is totally understandable given the circumstances however just want to clarify a few things if Alexei was even close to the sale he should/would not be allowed to offload shares you are more likely to see an instant suspension and EUA would have already been under significant scrutiny from the first Nomad issue
The team hold much more shares then any of us PI so the pockets must have holes in tonight aswell as ours i just don’t see why it would all be risked for such a small amount of shares in the grand scheme of things but stranger things have happened
I noticed a couple of mentions of JORC standards so just to clarify JORC is the global industry standard however that does not mean other metrics can’t be used depending on the countries own measurement systems. I would highlight the Russia for all it sins is held in very high regard for its Exploration/Mining and its resource finds.
Now I’m going to get some sleep and hope we get an update tomorrow what will be will be
As always AIMO
Amnanesia,
Of course there are automatic buys triggered by index movements, we all know that. If you think that all these institutions have bought that many shares and include EUA in their mining portfolios without doing some research, you're mistaken.
Fund managers take a fee based on the success of their fund(s)
The evidence is all in the company archived documentation and RNS releases over the past decade.
You don’t need a chaperone to help you read and research these we were doing it years ago if you had done the same instead of lamely turning up after an event with a complete fail of a thread, you would have been in a position to benefit too.
For those of you that are only here to gloat at others misfortune, enjoy your fifteen minutes of fame. I don’t think this company is in its death spiral just yet. Tomorrow the bod should make a statement to the market and that will decide the direction the sp will go. There’s plenty of upside to come and I hope we all benefit handsomely. If we don’t, well it’s our money and we’re all adults let us sort it out we don’t need your advice.
i'd rather go to a greasy spoon than that tax dodging place.
"Please explain Blackrock's 34 million shares"
For roughly the trillionth time - MSCI index tracking. Completely automatic.
Non disclosure agreement.
For what value was that?
It certainly wasn't the figures you suggest. Why are they selling????
You can't sell something that's not proven that is FACT.
Starbuck:
"Not one piece of evidence to suggest such , not one piece of digital evidence to support that anyone is interested"
Non disclosure agreements. For there to be digital evidence that your or I could get our hands on easily would defeat the purpose of having NDAs in the first place.
"No company or investor consortium would consider buying a deposit that's not proven to JORC standard. "
Please explain Blackrock's 34 million shares
"What are they based on?."
Please read: https://www.eurasiamining.co.uk/investors/presentations
"There can be no guarantee that a sale will complete or for what value "
A formality statement. Please find me an RNS for a FSP update that doesn't contain words to that effect
That was tough, I could use a coffee now. Anyone reccommend a decent place to get one..?
Unbelievable what's gone in here . It really is .
Strabuck - I would probably guesstimate >50% of those invested in EUA don't know what JORC is...
*mettle
A grade post by starbucks911!!! Someone with a bit of sense here finally. In true Russian fashion, everything is cloak and daggers.
Every single investor worth their metal should be pondering this. Let's see any credible comeback to starbucks post instead of pathetic insults which shouldnt be dignified with a response.
Go back to the cafe and drink one of your coffees son, Eurasia mining is way over your head.
You are one sad individual starbuck. You will be no where to be seen when we have the last laugh though.
I take it your one of the ones who have been saying this is going to be sold .lol
Not one piece of evidence to suggest such , not one piece of digital evidence to support that anyone is interested.
Oh but you say it's worth billions? .
Let me educate you . No company or investor consortium would consider buying a deposit that's not proven to JORC standard. This regulation was brought in to protect investors and other companies. So what exactly have they proven. I'll tell you 5.5kg of C1 reserves over small area. Therefore you can't extrapolate for the entire area . So where are these calculations from. What are they based on?.
The Nomad walked because of similar reasons , because the company had no evidence to support its sale . Yes they might have put it up for sale . However did you read the RNS , There can be no guarantee that a sale will complete or for what value .
Kind of says it all they was never going to get the value that the company reached . Therefore no deal has come because it's overvalued. Why do you think the CEO and PDMR has sold .
It's not rocket science.
However only the passage of time can exposé the charade.
You will learn the hard way , if someone is promising you riches it's usually imo a disappointment.
That's life .
Interactive Investor have the following as major shareholders;
Venus Garden Holdings 367,965,743
Queeld Ventures 307,250,000
Alexei Churakov 4.16%
RNS 16 Sept 2019.
DS has transferred 25.472% of share capital in Deloan Investments Ltd (owned and controlled by DS) to Venus Garden Holdings (owned and controlled by Alexei Churakov)
The sale RNS today has Alexei selling 27,400,000 shares leaving him 12,282,774 shares, 0.44% of EUA, that he owns or controls as declared.
27.4m + 12.3m = 39.7m shares which is 1.42%
Why has he not declared an interest in todays RNS in the 367,965,743 shares he owns and controls via Venus Garden Holdings and where did the other 76.7m shares he held personally go (difference between the 4.16% and 1.42%) ?
Hopefully something will be clarified.
