Never realised you were in ARM Tilly ... I was a bit late to the party on that one and ended up being a disaster for me when it went private. Shame, it was an awesome co. with mind bending potential.

Monkey ,
Crazy times those, no internet all phone orders took hours , & companies with nothing on paper being valued at bonkers prices QXL was going to be the pre - EBay but collapsed .
Rums all Round
Lovelyboy
Yes traded them many times through tdwaterhouse on T20 s & had a core holding , weren’t they one of the original phone chip companies,
Can’t remember after all this Rum , some serious gyrations in stocks then .
Cheers
That 91k shares is still 91k more than a lot of people toon. Not sure how you'd feel compared to Elon and Bezos.
91,000 shares could buy you a nice house and a car if its towards the upper end of the estimates.
Multiply 91,000 x £3.5
I agree BBang but compared to the majority of posters on this BB my holding is small fry. Bye the way what’s Musk and Bezos got to do with my EUA holding?
I can only dream Evan!! But just imagine how my life would be if I had the volume of shares many people on this BB hold? Good luck all.
2015 when the paris agreement was announced, everything from that time onwards was set in stone, you just had to find the path. It started there and progressed to Eurasia Mining and others at the time, a lot of research was done at the time and has continued to have been done all the way until the present day.
Research everything thoroughly from early doors, it allows you to find the absolute gems a long time before the herd arrives, that is perhaps the best advice i can give anyone who is fairly new to the investing game. Understand how the world works and where the world is going, once that is achieved everything else follows.
Remember -
Shareholders = winners
Green box brigade = losers
The winning circle here is strong.
Good luck and all the very best to all genuine shareholders!
Thanks for the ‘pep talk’ Mac. What would we do without you?
Also, if you have researched thoroughly, sit tight on a lot of the information until the herd arrives, for the herd brings larger amounts of all types and the information can be dropped to counter any and all nonsense. Not everyone online is friendly, money leads people to do some very silly things, look at the JUB situation as a prime example. Monikers on here getting frustrated and angry with genuine well researched investors at the time, like it was magically our fault that they had called the entire thing completely wrong. They took the decision themselves to walk that path, no one here forced them to do anything, they only have themselves to blame, the decision to invest rests solely with the party investing, or, in their case placing the short that got well and truly burned.

Yep, I picked up EUA on the FRR board and purchased 2m at 0.45p Already changed my life and my daughters as they also have 500k each in their junior ISA’s. One lucky decision and will power to sit on my hands. Here to the end.
Dwarde - got to say you are my hero. Well done fella!
Even though he's been gone a while now, i would be very interested to know how Rowka knew something would happen to unlock the whole district without going through the whole flanks expansion upon flanks expansion process at Monchetundra. He knew that part somehow, perhaps a very good guess due to the prevailing green industrial revolution, but we'll truly never know on that one. He was rapidly researching and dropping the geological info that pertains to the entire area around Monchegorsk when he was here, always confident that something truly massive was coming, he was right.

JTMacs & Portsmouth1
Take a bow, I also found EUA via JTMacs on AML I have finally sold my £20 Sovereign (42% profit giving me 10.6K to top up here on Monday) which has taken almost 3 weeks to conclude as they sent a bloody cheque instead of a bank transfer. So here's hoping there's no 7am RNS confirming full sale.
It's been an exciting journey so far, great thread by the way & many thanks to all the GLTH

Found EUA on a treasure map, X marks the spot. Na JTMacs too on AML! We all love a cross ramp really, lol
Well mac4671, I for one firmly believe that Rowka was very close to the BOD, his guess work as you put it was way to advanced for an every day punter, and if this sells for anything near £ 3,50 then I will be totally convinced , he was a messenger ,
Bought in 2009 @8p and sold out @ 12p 2011 bought @ 1p and then downhill all the way until the Sinosteel deal- absolutely amazing-250k for MM to a company worth circa 7m..Surely this should have woken up the fund managers to the enormous potential but nothing happened. So I just kept accumulating, often at the then wrong price and selling my 1p shares 3 years ago to transfer into ISAS @ 0.3p.In March this year, I transferred this Soft Cushion of losses to my daughters and fiancee, which they ISAd March and April, so after all this angst and despair, I am bathed in the very hot springs of Approval. What more could anyone want!
Tilly - Since I cannot hear I had to do my trades via the (slow) internet using a dial up modem. Once, I was trying to sell some Bookham Tech shares at the COP on a day trade as was 10% up but the connection dropped before I could execute.
The next morning everything crashed big time so was locked in.
Thankfully things are much better these days (well, apart from HL, of course!)

Being a relative newbie to the stock market I saw the general chit chat back end of 2019 talking about Eurasia potentially going up for sale/selling assets. I then went all in and picked up 412,000 shares @ 4.85p pre suspension, it’s been a rollercoaster of a ride!
Did many people here get into COPL before it suspended?
Stumbled on onto this bb October 2019 by accident, Then bought 400000 @ 0.01 and been topping now and again ever since now hold over 1M in both SIPP and ISA - Here to the finale, Pete.
Yes I’m in COPL Evan3020, waiting patiently for lift off their too...
And you’ve run hot and cold ever since Calamari
One expensive lesson learned from Sxx was not to dismiss all so called deramps and look out for short positions.
"One expensive lesson learned from Sxx was not to dismiss all so called deramps and look out for short positions." - I disagree, research was key there. They hadn't secured stage 2 financing, the financing for that project ran into the billions, it was very high risk. That risk has never been at Eurasia, well because they took one asset into production and set up the Sinosteel EPCF for the other, both reduced the risk by a large amount. I guess it's the difference of having astute investment bankers on board here which has made most of the difference, money, financing, getting fantastic deals etc is their profession, it's just what they do.
Hopefully this deal covers what you have lost over there.
