Looking good value at this price. Not sure it will stay this low much longer after todays RNS
Very under the radar. I took my first position this morning. Hopefully start to move as more people become aware of the company and potential.
Not sure why it is not doing better on this news?
The CFO has left in a hurry. I wonder if he made the flawed final decision on the delayed retail offer, which was a flop for obvious reasons. His job was looking after the money and that was a botch up. On top of that there is the question of the share price drop before the placing. Doubt if we will ever learn about that, but a good chance that the BOD as a whole were not happy with what happened..
Should have used Primary Bid on the same night of the placing, likely the offer would have been snapped up in a couple of hours. I would have bought some and expect most here would have bought at 70p if they were aware. The Primary Bid app sees to that.
As it was, when I first checked the web address on the offer rns, would have been difficult to buy. Did not look again. A shame because a sell out would have given them an extra £400k+ in working capital. Hopefully the company advising will learn from this, can't blame Ensilica.
Well you could buy them cheaper on the open market !
Best to focus on the positives of this company rather than worry about something which might not have happened. At 100p+ this was a high, solid growth company with a slightly vulnerable young balance sheet. Now it has raised funds for working capital and can be bought for 70p. What is wrong with that? How long before this goes back over 100p? Am pleased to have bought shares today, and hope that the buy rises above 70p to allow the retail offer to be a success.
Yep, clearly and allowed any of their friends too sell out at a much higher SP.
Not invested, stock on watchlist. Reading last update made me think they could do with more cash. Drop may be due to a cap raising underway and now trying to set the price?
If I could invest on EIS terms that would help. Perhaps they shoulda gone down that route rather than unloved AIM/unloved UK equity markets?
Not sure anything has gone wrong as the updates in RNSs on 17th Feb seemed positive. However purely based on revenue, EBITA and cash the valuation / Mcap may seem high and possibly a fund raise might be necessary to support the plans and growth.
AIM is an unforgiving place right now and many growth companies' share prices struggle - look at Kin & Carta. It is a great shame that those companies with excellent prospects and growth plans are poorly treated in the current market conditions. No company should list on AIM when the conditions and SP volatility are an investors' nightmare
AIM pricing methodology is also an issue. Today £28k of share sales on ENSI has caused a Mcap drop of £6m - nonsensical.
Anyone know what has gone wrong ?
i dare say this under the radar share which i like yourself have bought into constantly over the last month is a good find and is doing really well so the longer the B.B. warriors are not present the better.
Jakeyork:
I do agree, I’m a rare poster and have a look around the boards once a week or so, I do agree that most of it isn’t worth reading , I have bought quite big here and just ponded why nobody ever posts from one week to the next ha ha, but very pleased to be in here
Troajans post below gives a great insight ??
i wouldnt be too worried about lack of chat ,most chat on bulletin boards is a load of crap and full of rampers/derampers best left as it is quiet and getting somewhere without the bull****.
I keep having a look on here now and again and nothing, no chat nothing ,
I look on other boards and endless chat about poorly performing companies.
I feel this is a young company of the highest calibre, Floated in May 2022 at 50p. Today 115 p. I got in big time at 70p after being told of this companies niche and quality products, customers and the reputation of the management and their experience at the top end of this tech field.
Anyway thought I’d find my passwords etc and post a comment because this company is flying with its market cap still low. Do your own research as they say , take a look maybe

Share price action seems odd.
Have they got a new contract maybe?
Seems odd for someone to accumulate so quickly ... Leak?
This price has got crazy now.
Vela being a shareholder is normally the kiss of death.
No news to justify this rise
A MIDAS recommendation is normally the kiss of death
Amazes me no comments on the rise, under the radar share?
This could quietly go up big time in the next few weeks.
