Smart thinking.
Ethernity management have huge skin in the game which is why I invested here.
I have seen too many AIM companies where management have big salaries and mega options but no shares.
Avoid these companies like the plague.
Levy and the lads are in this up to their necks and will fight to make it a success .
If they fail the business will be bought out for its IP and patents possibly by Tarana or Dish or Silicom for around the same valuation as now £20m.
I don't expect this to happen so I remain very calm despite having € 1 m of my own skin in the game !
If I am not worried then the rest of you should not be but make your own investment decisions as life is short.
I should know as I just got over Covid in the last week which knocked the stuffing out of me despite being double vacinated.
More important things in life thand money

uhlf and dallo what are all these other shares out there that present such great opportunities? If there were ten companies out there that I thought had the same potential as enet I'd split my money ten ways. I just don't see anything else out there with enet potential. To me the main risk here is delays and people jumping ship because they want the pot of gold today.
Understand dallo.
Agree, never fall in love with a share.
These guys need to prove ENET is a worthy hone for my cash. The ingredients are all there and I believe they will.
I put my money where my mouth is today and bought more.
But if they don’t deliver, I won’t be hanging around

I was no way implying that contracts will be signed on the same day.
Any contract of a material nature will be reported in a timely manner but surely they must be working on more than one deal and whether it is one RNS or more is not important just the transformational nature of a number of contracts validating the technology.
Having had great success in a number of recent investments I don't hang around either so that is why I am giving these guys another 12 months in my investment horizon..albeit shorter if I don't see material progress in the coming months.
We are not in love with Ethernity and plenty of other opportunities out there.
Nonetheless I remain a firm supporter and fully believe it will be a big winner.
Imho
Respect your opinion dallo, but I remain extremely suspicious that miraculously deals are finalised on the same day, if indeed that does come to pass.
It will make me think other forces are in play, and not necessarily ones that are good for shareholders at large, beyond ENET’s major funder 5G, that is.
Certainly ENET need to seriously up their game on the communication front, as there’s plenty of other shares out their for my funds.
Before you jump down my throat I did say MAYBE wrapped up with other contracts in a transformational RNS.
I know the rules but since Tarana we have had nothing so maybe like the buses contracts may come in numbers after a long wait.
Imho
Uhlf
Do not agree about with you on bundled contracts given the amount of deals simmering in the background..if a number of deals announced with combined revenues of $10 M going forward we would see the SP hit £1 plus.
So many irons in the fire so let's see how hot they are.
We have been told they are working flat out so surely it is time for more than one deal to be finalised.
Imho
Under AIM rules, if each item of news is of sufficient impact, you cannot wait and bundle them.
Tracy
I think you may have misinterpreted my post.
If they conclude the UEP contract they have announce ASAP but may be accompanied by further deal news in the pipeline maybe not on the same day but close together .
Investors are waiting for validation of concept and any positive news is required to stem the negativity now very much apparent here.
Agree TL
As I said in my previous post, I will be extremely suspicious of a ‘bundled contracts’ RNS
That does not sit well with me.
Let’s see what happens first.
If we are going to get news of contracts, then I would prefer to have them one at a time please, and not all bundled up together.
If they all arrive together, then that is some coincidence and it will fuel rumours that management sit on contracts, perhaps to benefit their mates at 5G.
I’m sure myself and others will be watching with keen interest to see where ENET’s loyalties lie.
Let’s hope all shareholders get treated equally and not 5G in the comfy chair and controlling the stock.
imo
Transformational RNS on the AIM soon run out of steam. How many companies have wrapped contracts together for the market to focus on just one. That's the problem with mandatory updates like Final Results. It's just the headline non shareholders read. Multiple news events is preferable to one.
The market is suspicious and a global update of contract triggers speculation of a corporate event involving inside shareholders.
My word the horses were spooked today when the SP dropped back into the 30s .
Nature abhors a vacuum and stock markets despise uncertainty so when management announced a " contract " which is hugely material
in the results RNS and as yet not followed through with confirmation the key belief we have in the integrity of the management of Ethernity immediately comes under the spotlight.
Levy and his colleagues must deliver on this contract otherwise their creditability is gone.
I am totally confident they will maybe with other contracts wrapped up in a transformational RNS
If not some other players will pounce and bring the IP to its full potential.
I still totally trust them but the time for real delivery of revenues is narrowing
I expect or hope for news around AGM time

DYOR
I guess it depends on how proactive and connected the OEM is that are engaged.
Ethernity are reliant on unnamed partners for delivery. This is the problem for shareholders. Same as the DU solution. Everything apart from Tarana is totally anonymous. How does the market deal with that. I think we have our answer.
Are enet in India ? Who knows
Will intel use enet parts? Who knows
Have I got heat stroke? Quite possibly

Perhaps we’re just all being played here, rns coming, it don’t come, price drops, ENET’s best buddies and major funder 5G can pick up cheap stock at ‘mates rates’. We know sweet fa about 5G but you can bet ENET know chapter and verse. Let 5G pick up their cheapies, then, surprise surprise, newsflow starts so 5G can offload their cheapies for a nice profit.
Are ENET taking us for mugs here, as they might get a rude awakening unless they get their act together.
And ENET did the usual thing companies do, like predict cash flow positive first half of whenever then never say another word about it. Investors then draw their own conclusions!
These guys might be technical geniuses but can’t they employ someone on the IR front who is a bit more, let’s say street wise and has a grasp of what Ethernity need.
I’m sure Mark is a lovely fellow but he doesn’t seem a natural at it, imo.
FWIW I had a feeling this might happen after reading through the AR RNS. I'm afraid the market doesn't take much account of what may or may not happen in the future, it is looking at what is happening right now and what has happened in the past. Indications appear to be that cashflow positive has been pushed into 2022 and, whilst that may change, it wont encourage many. I had put these into the proverbial bottom drawer until Q4/Q1 '22 but if it drops much further I may have to see if I can justify picking up some more. As always, time will tell. GLA LTH.
Skid the diversity in the portfolio should be producing huge newsflow.
Dallo my doubt is in the capacity of others to maintain their interest without something from the company. I believe that he has sold about a third already.
Dallo
No need to worry about a trifling 425k of part of, bigger question might be what the other 6% plus TL’s decide to do! Then we’re talking millions!
Do I sense point of maximum frustration here, because, if correct, my buy might be well timed!
Fun and games!
GLALTH
We did have an update on the middle of last month, admittedly not followed by the RNS we are all waiting for.
Volume is still low and seemingly with a small number of traders off loading this will naturally force the price down with no news.
The nature of ENET will mean few RNSs, but hopefully the ones we do get will be big.
Just sitting tight, market cap more than covered by tarana and base ip.
Wow
One of Tracy's connections trying to offload 425k shares or part thereof.
That amount will certainly knock the SP for six.
Do I detect a degree of doubt in Tracy's last post after over 5,000 positive posts in the past 3 years.
Interesting development indeed.
Fairview I don't think that he is a trader. I know that most of the shares were sub 20p so just taking a profit and moving on. The reason given was that 5G IF will hold the price back. I can see that happening.
I guess that they see better maintained listings. Clearly we have a few sellers. I hoped 5G IF were selling big chunks but I can now account for some of the sells.
I think that the story only holds interest for so long in this instant world.
I struggle to understand why ENET would not want to accurately and regularly convey the business dynamics and prospects to their shareholders.
Arrogance, stupidity, too busy, who knows.
But if they are going to succeed that will happen anyway, hence I remain a buyer at this stupid levels but hope they may see sense and embrace being a listed company in all that that entails.
If not folks will sell and move on to easier pickings.
