Neither do ECR Kevin - it's speculation - not fact - but don't let that get in the way of yet another happy-clappy mindless ramp eh?
……..correct me if I am wrong, but EEE didn’t have a A$ 73m tax benefit…..😗
Kevin: How do you know what 'working hard' looks like? Just asking.
……..and I must add, that Seeing Adam working so hard under the salary sacrifice scheme the BOD undertook I do appreciate his efforts
For a company that has not delivered many years, this new management who acknowledged this state they are trying and even communicating with shareholders in different ways.
At least ECR management are updating shareholders constantly about everything, actually showing videos on twitter what they are doing e.g technical director sorting and logging RC drill, stating creating shareholder value etc. Doing various interviews which you can see online.
How many aim stocks do all this? Would be much better if they did, it is more transparent and showing shareholders are valued and listened to.
In my view its 50/50 and I am sure anyone else with balanced view would say the same, is this not exploration and mining? You hit gold, company and shareholders make money, you hit nothing you make nothing.
This is stated as being the next EEE, the mining share that multi bagged from 1p-11p in 6 months, we will find out soon.
Drilling statements so far:
*So far we have drilled five shallow holes at the Davey Road prospect (#Creswick #Gold project)
Two more holes to go (hole 5 shown below), and we are currently on schedule to finish tomorrow.
Following drilling assay results are due shortly after the holiday season*
So, as was said early this morning - the SP will trade within a range between now and assay results (baring a left-of-field event).

I've got one - when are you going to actually get a job (if you are employable that is)?
……..nobody else got any questions ?
………..Adam’s not hanging around….. https://x.com/ecrminerals/status/1734848445876191253?s=46
It seems ECR have been dabbling here and there over the last 10 years without any real focus on anything. Hopefully the current direction is changing this philosophy. Otherwise you only have a share price jumping up and down instead of a steady climb.
…….also Mike & Nick have talked a lot about the tax benefit/ relief due to Mecator, investors are obviously very keen to find out if there is something actively being looked at to use it. We understand the rules of AIM, but is there any other information they can divulge?
They stated RC drilling will be used this time, It is faster, half the price of diamond drilling. MIDAS i believe is a diamond type drill rig. You only get grades with RC and not structure and geology in detail, but at this early stage of exploration at Davey Road etc... you first want grades to justify anything further.
……David…..could you please add these questions to your list?……..What is the drill contractor providing, are they using Midas, if not why not?
Who was the third party that the BOD got to review past results and advise on the Geology of Creswick in order to select the drill sites?
Well, make of it what you will, but the live SP has a very small spread at this time - 0.212p / 0.217p. That's usually an encouraging sign but with ECR who knows - it's up and down like a yoyo, albeit within a fairly narrow range. GL
Crikey TS: Buying more - you sure are a glutton for punishment? However, who knows, it might yet pay off if they do hit commercial gold - but that's not going to happen tomorrow or the day after. It's a waiting game now (again) - I just wish they were somewhere which seemed more promising that Creswick. Ho hum.
Morning Notrex,
Agree that actions speak louder than words and the drilling is a positive step forward and better than sitting on their hands for 3 months waiting for the rain to stop in Queensland.
You can't just discount the tax loss....although it may not be an immediate impact on the balance book, it does hold great potential future value and if Doc is correct and it is transferrable then it is another asset.
I agree with you that an asset sell would also bolster the SP as it would extend the cash balance which is always a positive move.
Lolworth is shaping up nicely, drilling at Creswick, cash in the bank already to fund 'well in to 2024' and BOD salaries converted in to shares.....operationally they are getting their ducks aligned.
Treated myself to another 310k shares this morning to get my holding to a nice round number (OCD kicked in) and will continue to top up sub 0.22 as funds allow and if it stays at these levels.
Traders watch the SP
Investors watch the Operation.

Real questions with real answers
Paul: 'We sit and wait the next round of drilling results but we might have to go deeper still but this is a start.' For once I actually agree with you - they are now drilling so there are now genuine possibilities. However, like others I'm far from convinced Creswick is the place they should be - but we are where we are (both literally and metaphorically).
This is what we should be focused on - not the hyped up a maybe, maybe not Tax credit saga or whatever. The only other real possibility at the moment is selling an asset to take pressure off the Bank balance. Problem is, they are trying to sell into a depressed market (it's just how it is) - and that clearly won't help - but at least it is a real possibility and not a fabricated one.
'So far, videos and interviews appear to lead to sp drops, so maybe we should hope doc keeps it zipped in the near term - it's not helping.'
He is just too honest but really what has changed from 2019 here?
A junior listed commodity exploration outfit always has it's story and it's costs to go drilling, of course we need a tag line, phones ringing off the walls does help. We were going to be the next Greatland Gold said some of the posters.
We sit and wait the next round of drilling results but we might have to go deeper still but this is a start.
Nice 1 …TS ….Totally Agree ….
How Nice Would That Be …
P.S. Stop sounding so desperate - it doesn't help.
TS: He didn't say they were transferable - he said the advice they had been given is that they were (maybe it was Kevin who 'advised' them - LoL!). However, if was that clear-cut they would have made it a bold statement - not left it as an ambiguous issue - which it clearly is.
The thing that was not picked up from the interview is the fact that they are convinced that the tax losses are transferrable.
Therefore if we do get to the stage that we want to offload all . or some of the Victoria assets under the MGA banner , then there is a c10m asset there for whoever takes the asset if they RTO MGA.
That or we keep hold of the tax loss if/when Creswick is proven up.
A win/win situation and quite a valuable asset
C1p2D: Totally agree with your opinion that trading range is the main course for a few months yet. 'So far, videos and interviews appear to lead to SP drops, so maybe we should hope doc keeps it zipped in the near term - it's not helping.' - This quote is also very apt and true - and maybe Doc putting a zip in it would keep the happy-clappy mindless rampers at bay - who do even more damage hyping these non-events.
