.............good to know that they will be taking us investors on the drilling trip...........lot's of media flow from CresWick......looking forward to it
Fair enough if I’d misinterpreted that part.. Armchair expert after all eh 😉
Evening Mentalmax.....I think Doc was alluding to the fact that sampling continued in to mid/late November, when some posters had stated that the company had saved funds by finishing all activity in QLD when Nick & Mike took two months earlier.
Indeed Yos, it's positive, neutral at best as we knew it was coming. The drop is likely down to those expecting more.
Doc - ''If you listen to the armchair experts, they said we'd finished in QLD, 2 months ago, they said we wouldn't drill before end Q2 2024, they say we'll run out of money, ignoring the inventory.''
- Not sure anyone said we were finished in QLD, just that the wet season meant lengthy delays so no drilling for months.
- PI's assumed we weren't going to drill for two reasons:
1. QLD wet season
2. Our other licenses had proven duds and ECR had spent 12 months convincing the market as such hence the QLD drive.
Well you raised cash Doc, was that for fun? or did you need money? other wise known as 'running out of money' - The inventory point is valid but until a sale is made it's not relevant, and the market knows ECR has struggled selling it's inventory (and frankly given up on some fronts).
Onward and upwards.. Believe it or not i want ECR to do well but fed up of this rinse and repeat nonsense. And passively aggressively calling out critical voices when your share has dumped 12% isn't what I want to see, personally.
...............has anyone watched the clip, it says Rig 03 on the side of the rig.......where is Midas?..........https://x.com/DDS_DocHoliday/status/1734530288405869025?s=20
Tbh i dont know why im even responding to nosex but either way im happy with the RNS as its drilling underway, the sp being down 12% on what exactly? Nothing has changed we are in a better position & happy with my top up @ 0.21. GLA.
I think it's time to acknowledge the damage that over-egging expectations causes. That's all I'll say as some people only read the first line..
Dan: Maybe you want to revisit your assessment of the SP you made earlier. Another 12.77% down today - a couple more days like this and we'll be looking at another all time low! That interview clearly didn't help an already precarious SP. GL
Hello Paul, You do seem very angry today - perhaps you should try to calm down? Not good to get over excited at your age is it?
' but of course your opinion is meaningless to me.'
I can assure you 100% of people on here consider your opinion to be of the same status but you still keep posting here.
Do you even have a life other than post on here all day?
Hello Bro Yos - any comment on the RNS or interview to make - not a good look eh (and market definitely not happy)?
Furthermore, that interview I just listened to didn't exactly sound like the solid, knowledgeable mining management which we're told A & D are meant to be (according to the happy-clappy mindless rampers). To be honest it sounded a bit more Arthur Daley - let's have a poke around and see what we can find over here - if no joy, we'll have a poke over there! He did say it wasn't an exact science, but when we're paying for a Geologist (of dubious quality IMO) you'd like to think we could muster a more professional approach than the one it sounded like we're now embarked on!?
Mental: It's the likes of Kevin et al who help caused this 'shocking market reaction' (and others before it). If you keep ramping up expectations of JV's and/or whatever else possesses his addled brain, it's not surprising that when only a basic bread-and-butter RNS appears that folks get disappointed. I've said this many times before but the happy-clappy mindless rampers are just too thick to understand. Then they start trying to blame me and others for de-ramping - when most same folks simply call it being realistic (proven by the appearance of an RNS containing none of his much hyped JV or whatever).
Polish this t*rd Ti. Shocking market reaction.
Sausage, You forgot to give the context : It was in response to the question "What does success look like and what does failure look like?"
3m 25s into it he states it is a fact finding mission.
Then goes on to say if we drill in the right spot we'll hit a doozy, and if we don't we're not. Doesn't give me confidence when they are throwing money at this but don't really know if the drilling will hit anything positive. Would be good if they did some geological analysis that narrowed down the targets to a few more positive ones.
James, I suspect it's quite a disappointment to Doc's acolytes - but I don't think too many are left here now. It's the LTH's I worry about - we still have the happy-clappy mindless rampers who think we're on the verge of success every minute of every day of every year (etc.). Over ten years of being shafted by successive regimes and still they don't learn (some even still call it an 'investment'!!). LoL
Commencement RNS = -6% then after yesterday's -4%
I hope this interview can salvage something then!
Jesus
Are the new ones here now starting to realise this isn't a cash printing machine?
……soon…… https://x.com/stockboxmedia/status/1734532645231505791?s=46
TS: You may call ECR an 'investment' - I reckon most would call it a gamble - which is exactly what it has been to date (a losing one).
P.S. Extrapolate your 'Current SP level is a plus IMHO if you are looking to invest in ECR at a low level .' - and 0.00000001p looks even better - get real eh?
Dan: I wouldn't start shouting whoopee just yet - the SP is indeed 25% above the raise price - but only 14% above the all time low. We've a long, long way to go yet - but finding commercial gold is now at least a possibility given they are actually drilling for it. GL
A good summary TS! I think there are a couple on here that were looking to trade this and buy back at 0.20, unfortunately it's not worked out. The MM are happy to collect shares at 0.22 and flog them back to the market at 0.23/0.24.
Current SP level is a plus IMHO if you are looking to invest in ECR at a low level .
I've added c2.5m over the last month in the 0.2 -0.23 range and am no longer looking to trade.
This is a pure investment for me now so I am looking for progress rather than worrying about a 0.01 day to day fluctuation.
The drill is in the ground and we will get results in the next 8 weeks.
I believe there is one more set of Lolworth sampling results to come (correct me if I'm wrong) and we could get a disposal RNS at any time so potential for that time to be filled with more news.
All heading in the right direction operationally at ECR ;-)
I'm not suggesting it is Notrex however it is 25% higher than what was being touted not so long ago.
