Hi jolly my guess way it’s) going between 8/10 could be hit . Imo at these prices we have a chance . Plus a even greater chance of a buy out at 20 p? Sad as this traded at 60/approx and spiked to 90 I sold on the spike and was happy think I got 75 still was happy
sure, but where?
piddler v quiet lol
Would be good if they managed to source others means of funding.
Meant discounted placement
I want to see how discounted vehement cash raise will be ! Imo dnl is now a take over target good luck all
only that possibility of the placing is an obvs drag
what discount (likely) will it be at? ...then how far below the placement price wd the sp end up falling (another possibility)
dyor, all
Am I missing something? so we may need to raise further funds to see us through to profitability.which isn't to bad considering the last 2 year. The mcap is now 22 million from 90 million a few months ago, Russia is obviously kicking off but patients need treating whether there's a war or not.
Nope but keen to also know who did and any info to share. As others have said I think this is vulnerable as a takeover target, not a bad thing for holders but the key thing is if it were a target, at what price...?
Did anyone attend the investor evening.
with proper products, the requisite patents and a slow but steady record of signing new deals. To think it may be placing at a 75% discount to sp from a few months ago is shocking. All down to a big mouthed rns about needing funding to reach profitability. The other 99%m of AIM see no reason to trash their sp by putting the blatantly obvious in black and white so why did these jokers do it? They are far less in need of funding than most others who have the good sense to stay quiet. Unless of course it was done deliberately......
Looks like sales of AS continue to grow from Eton’s quarterly results
Lost my shirt on this share and so loathe to be too positive but it still has so much going for it. Need to get new ceo in place and sort financing and I am sure the long road back will begin
On 9th May he sold £40,560 worth:

I've noticed Richard Ross has been selling shares, oddly he bought some a few days ago as well I think...?
Cash more than market cap ,approved drug ,cheap
Don’t they have 24 million in cash .
What will Bungey be stying on the AJB Investor evening? It's a great inevestment ???
Imo. With the mkt capt at 23 million dnl is a prime takeover target as a add on to a pharmacy group
the SP falls. Every time the SP falls the funding solution becomes worse. The BOD need to get their thumb out of their bum and sort it out before the company disappears up the aforementioned orifice...
clearly havin' a laugh
Ah yes, sorry I forgot to include 3) concern over funding. Thank you for the reminder :/
relative to last year current sp is a bargain... but last year we were being promised £millions in sales across the world. current sp is about half the price of the 2019 placing that saw major iis getting in and riding this all the way up to mid50s. only difference now is we've had a year of sales (admittedly, nit by covid) and indifferent to poor and certainly nothing like the BoD statements as to where we'd be now.
at 16p i'm prepared to hold it fo r a year to see how this progresses as hospitals move back to pre-covid times. only hope inlfation and ukraine isn't going to be the next excuse for failure to sell in major quantities!
My take:
1) the current market, in general, wants here and now. Signing a distribution agreement doesn't equal sales.
2) the directorate changes & lack of permanent CEO will create caution.
Yes disappointing reaction which ai would guess will remain the case until new ceo is appointed and funding secured hopefully non dilutive
Great products and nicely positioned with some of course already being marketed - this will recover but may be some time off in my view.
Seemed a + RNS this morning but only a very modest uptick...?
Last placing had open offer tagged on so I guess most folk assume the next ons will have the same, hence hardly any buys, why would you when you can wait for open offer. Better still, wait till it drops 10% below open offer price and buy then, they normally do. Good products here with great potential in pipeline, just hopelessly financially mismanaged. That can be put right so a real good opportunity to buy in here at the right price, all imho.
