Very distressed seller. Always hard to have to sell when not target SP nowhere near realised.Probably expected the news on sale of company would be through by now and overcommitted. Their poor portfolio management allows for a few more to get in at ridiculously low SP.

Has finished. Bounce back now up to 1p again, then 2.5 on confirmation of sale of business. My interpretation of what's going on.

New low? The 52 week low is 1.4. Totally uninformed hogwash to say you reckon yourself as some kind of expert here. Very embarrassing to be honest.

There are actually 2 x 1m sells not showing 1 x 1m exact and 1 x 028 ending just for anyones who may be interested.

Huge news for me that's for sure. Sold majority of my stake, may buy back after it drops back to the 0.3 during the next several months of inactivity. Still another 1m sell to show on top of what's already showing. Not the companies fault I guess, just didn't find anything of any values. Very disappointing.

I wonder how spoons/mr diamond feel if he/they did go in with the last financing. As the deadline has surely passed now to inform shareholders if there has been any hitch in collecting the payments for the 1.5p loan notes I assume all money have been handed over and at 0.6 to sell (and there are plenty of them) that's a 65% custard pie of a loss straight away. I fell for it as well much to my annoyance, but at 0.8 top ups after initial top slicing.

I would be happy to see proof that the money that was raised at 1.5 a share was in the bank without any hitches. With several sells at around 0.6 in recent days someone is obviously not convinced. Asking for an RNS on operations with this company is like asking KFC to publish their secret blend of herbs and spices.

When Yogi puts it like that the only explanation I can come up with is that folk have looked at the past performance of the company and have decided, in their own minds, that things are not as advertised. Who would blame them?

In keeping with past behaviour of this "company" loyal shareholders like spoons/diamond appear to have been rewarded with manure.

If the money is in the bank. A raise done at 1.5 for £300k (supposedly) and big, non stop sells at 0.6. Nothing fishy here.......... Could be that participants expected to be able to copper up out of raise in SP their existing holdings I guess. Now they are having to sell to get them at three times the price?

Cant see anything else happening three months into the year?

I believe the only thing that stopped this going to 0.1 was the "building" of holding by a major holder. Without their regular buys this would have been in the gutter. I would speculate this holder would have participated in the CLN raise and is now sitting on a horrendous paper loss. Perhaps their appetite to "build" further has reached its tipping point. Positive update required urgently. My view is they should have sold up before this raises, as all it appears to have accomplished is to cause further losses for shareholders going forwards.

Folk were buying at a 50% premium to this when they had about £50k left and running on fumes. Now they have £300k but no one seems convinced. Strange.
