Exactly, that's why irtsurged to over 1p on announcement of the product. The company then decided to take the funding route to developing the company which knocked us down 70% from that figure. Could be for the best in the long run, but boy have they got some making up to do.

Yes, this is very, very bullish over the next year. Lots of innovation going on and a seemingly consistent stream of new and exciting products. I am certain the drag back on the SP will be forgotten very quickly once the overhang has gone, a few more days like yesterday and it will be sooner than feared.

MMs keep a tight grip on this, I don't think they keep much of a float at all, so I reckon 35m sold in the last two weeks from 0.75 down wards needs to be bought to return to that level then hopefully momentum can push the sp up further. Ive got my positive hat on.

Non stop sells for weeks now, culmination of that. SP reflects the fact MMs don't want to hold any more. I actually topped up for a grand at 0.53 out of desperation. Not showing in trades, make of that what you will. SP does seem a bit false, but company have similar attribute to be fair.

Whatever the figures say the persistent sells carry on.

It is possible that the significant holders are selling down to a comfortable level I suppose. My 1p target in the next 12 months may arrive sooner than I hoped for.

Ignoring the HAYD Placing, whose participants must feel had over, the shares issued direct to SMCC were give or take 1.4 billion (hard to say exactly due to format of agreement). At an average of 7.6m dealt a day I would say that's 6m sells on average. This means around 233 trading days to clear the balance since issue. 110 of those days have gone so 133 trading days to go, pretty much the rest of 2026. Here's to 2027.

The £11.6m of shares that were used as part payment for the £17m paid for SMCC. These were valued at the time as nominally 0.645 but seeing as they are constantly being sold off at 0.32 it suggests SMCC were happy to accept a much lower price in the form of shares( half price in fact) and let the HAYD placing reflect the entirety of the "overpayment". Admittedly I post as a disgruntled shareholder who feels "had" by this ridiculous over extension, but I see what I see.

To be fair, to say the price is exactly the same all day every day its always on the top risers or fallers board.

Great news. Sadly meaningless as the only figure that counts is the amount of placing shares left to sell. They bit off more than they could chew with head in the clouds placing and the SP will be marooned here for many months if not years as any buy is immediately sold into. Buyout is the only hope of any major profit here, which is not impossible. For what its worth I think its a good price to buy at the moment, bottom draw, look in a year.

Very distressed seller. Always hard to have to sell when not target SP nowhere near realised.Probably expected the news on sale of company would be through by now and overcommitted. Their poor portfolio management allows for a few more to get in at ridiculously low SP.

Has finished. Bounce back now up to 1p again, then 2.5 on confirmation of sale of business. My interpretation of what's going on.
