You have no idea how it works. It costs money to sample and it costs money to drill. They cant do a placing because no one will commit that amount while compensation is not known Even if it was known the SP is too low to offer an attractive enough placing price with nominal at 0.25. I think you really don't understand what's going on here.

Garbage. They cant get the money to do it until the level of compensation is known. Your narrative is falling apart. No plans for any hearing either. ( I will caveat this comment with the fact I am relying on a translation app for the hearing info). An update from the company is long overdue and all we get is silence. Surely you don't consider that a possibility vampire? If they are just milking a wage through inaction and laziness that's our fault as investors for backing the wrong horse. But failure to report something like that added to the non reporting of sells by major holders would be horrific. Not sure I could see that happening, they have too much to lose.

It appears you have accidentally not included the bit about the compensation hearing. No invester will invest with us unless they know the compensation level. That was meant to be heard around 12-16 weeks ago. Not a dicky bird has bee seen or heard.

There are only about six or seven regular posters left now, and Im guessing that equates to four or five actual individuals. I have been in contact with the Finish National Land Survey, admittedly through a translation app, who have said, if the translation is correct, they have no planned compensation hearing in relation to our location. What is going on? The smell of eggs is overpowering. If our so called major holder actually held any at all surely he would be doing more than mocking fellow shareholders. The whole thing stinks.

Never went to any AGM, don't know anything other than how to cut and paste non related articles, and were totally wrong about work being able to progress before compensation agreed. It's quite obvious there is a problem with the compensation which the company should be telling us about.

The only reason I haven't dumped the lot to make use of a loss for tax purposes is I hold them all in a shares ISA. I would gladly sell the lot now at 0.3, which is where it would go if I dumped my holding, but cant get the advantage of the loss to offset elsewhere. Guess the 450k and hundreds of other round figure sells doesn't have that problem. You couldn't be more wrong if you tried. I want the sp at 0.6 to sell desperately. At this rate I can sell at a 15% loss and only lose around £3k. I will be selling as much as I can whenever (or if ever) this is available. I talk it down because we have all lost money either in reality or on paper due to misleading comments in RNS from the company. Find it as tiresome as you like, couldn't care less.

With the management team here you would need it to be at a 50% discount minimum, which takes us to 0,26 about nominal value. The avalanche of sells would drop this to 0.1 straight away so there is literally no chance whatsoever of making a place ment pay for anyone other than the wage drainers.

Three weeks we are into spring. The compensation was meant to be sorted in Autumn. Have they withdrawn from the process? Or is it just red tape? Have KDR failed at their end? Perhaps the medal polishers who know far more than anyone else here, apart from the level of sells, could enlighten us? Or was it just a medal presentation ceremony with nothing said?

Not really about how the respective companies are currently trading, more about potential.
