I have revisited my complaint with the FCA and also AIM regarding this company. Got fobbed off previously, but am giving it another go in light of the non existent compensation hearing that appears to have been "slightly optimistic" on the part of the company, who did put it in an RNS and also the complete lack of any work at all over the last several months. The RNS look like they were written by a sub standard AI app. This is now a dormant entity and any attempt for them to raise any further "working funds" would be questionable, to say the least.

Well the people who have £10m assets on the KDR books are the same people at CGNR, so they will have difficulty trying to talk that away. Take away the £1m debt that's still £9m.

Genuinely don't think they can raise enough. If it's another £185k to pay their summer holidays and country club subscriptions but not enough to drill there will be discontent, to say the least. Its a merge with CGNR or bust.

Not sure what the biggest danger for CGNR is. The possibility this crock is brought under their wing or they lose over £1m, which is 10% of their MCap and would totally destroy their balance sheet. Not sure their shareholders have woken up to this yet. I would be dumping big style there at the moment. My view is that there will be something happen to take this into CGNR, this would allow them to keep what's been going on in house. The last thing they want is independent administrators digging up skeletons.

The thing is that the problems with the debt are with not even associated parties its actually with the same people!!!!!! Directors fees, owe this to CGNR, owe that to whoever, it's the same people!!!! Our so called major holder has just lost over £20k today but won't do anything about it? It's a vipers nest and literally nothing can be taken as the truth.

To think Diamond/spoons shouted down anyone who dared point out the abyss this joke outfit was falling into. Supposed major holdings, no concern whatsoever about suspicious selling patterns, mythical AGM visits, mythical compensation meetings (none happened, none planned). I will confess, I have obviously missed something here. A third the price it was a few weeks ago. Given some of the asset away in return for debt free and future investment. Seemed a good deal to me. As I say, the market disagrees strongly.
