CGNR are looking for investment and hence are actually our competition in this arena. Imagine having a BOD who work for and favour a competitor. They need to be removed and assets liquidated (if they actually exist) and any scraps returned to shareholders.

Long past the time where any serious observer thinks that anyone associated with CGNR gives a flying fig about KDR. Its been tossed aside and used as a second income creator to its employees who's combined efforts amount to slightly less than the square route of sweet Fanny Adams.

So the trades were from the 23rd. Wonder if we get another RNS about trades yesterday increasing their holdings? They do like to tinker around.

Fooling no one and baffling everyone. What is your/hoops post even meant to mean? So they've sold what they bought. What does that even prove. That there was a large dump. I genuinely think your losses here are affecting your ability to think logically. Probably explains why you keep getting the attendance at the AGM wrong.

The only drill that Maureen and co are interested in is the safety drill on the plane as they fly off on another luxury holiday, as far from Finland as they can make it.

Quorum: A minimum number of members (as defined by the constitution) must be present to make decisions valid.

Sign-in/Register: A record of attendees should be maintained, such as a sign-in sheet, or by listing attendees in the minutes.

Virtual Attendance: If allowed by the governing document, members attending electronically must be recorded in the minutes.

It's quite clear what the rules state. The attempts to gaslight on here are both hilarious and pathetic at the same time.

You do realise they have to buy them at a significant premium to today's price. Hardly "giving them" is it?
