Attendee Rules & Procedures
Quorum: A minimum number of members (as defined by the constitution) must be present to make decisions valid.
Sign-in/Register: A record of attendees should be maintained, such as a sign-in sheet, or by listing attendees in the minutes.
Virtual Attendance: If allowed by the governing document, members attending electronically must be recorded in the minutes.
It's quite clear what the rules state. The attempts to gaslight on here are both hilarious and pathetic at the same time.
