She bought shares at around the peak and now has recently sold , through numerous transactions , more than covering her loss on the shares she bought at the peak . If this is a case of dealing with insider information then it's very serious and the three amigos will not be happy !
Absolutely inside info, lets be frank her husband supposedly did not know? Perhaps an odd pair of Jimmy Choos might slip past a husband's radar but hundreds of thousands of shares ... I think not.
As I keep saying, the company fundamentals remain unchanged and as sound as before.
Mr. B needs to issue an urgent clarification statement in the interests of honesty (as the company have been), but those selling on the back of this are quite frankly idiots.
Tw - you are not a company insider, so in effect, you know nothing but just want to protect your own holding. You need to start adding IMHO to your postings.
BlueVeiner - you are right!
I'm not a "company insider" - nor am I someone who rushes out a comment designed to worry other investors.
IMHO.
There is no smoke without fire and Mrs B has executed a systematic and calculated sell-off with a total of 37 trades ! Hmmmm !
And one could argue that Imaginatively, and as never happens on these forums, Dunk_Bic and BlueVeiner (great names btw) show up and tag team out of the blue.
Djwall1s - you got it in one.
All the previous positivity, all the research, all the positive RNS's, all the publicity, then the actions of one individual cause a minor sell-off and some come out of the woodwork to perpetuate their own agendas.
Many thanks to the early sellers - another tranche for me this morning.
IMHO, of course.
Agenda?!!?
Observation more like....
So what will the outcome be ? Does anyone know
Most likely fired from board and as a director. Re-hired as a consultant is the usual way of the world. It is up to the authorities to deal with the criminality of insider trading.
Mr Boughtwood will probably be fired and Mrs Boughtwood will probably (hopefully) spend the next few years in prison.
I am gutted with this news but we all suspected there was a seller at loose, $152k sold in some weeks or 0.99% of the company is pretty significant. Hopefully once this news settles, we can start to reignite some momentum in the SP or hopefully a bumper RNS comes out to spring this into life. Either way, great top up levels and the narrative has not changed. I am just glad the crooks are caught.
I don't want to say this, but investor confidence and company buy ins may be affected by the events that have occurred. The big companies have their ears to the ground im sure. I'm not selling my shares even though I've taken a big loss since the 3 amigos arrived. This is not de ramping just how I feel now.
That's true GL4. If this is not dealt now, problems will still haunt them regarding such. It so happened that Swazman predicted it and they think he's funny. Who's going to be funny now?
JC it may align with swazers prediction albeit he couldn't predict this event. So if sp tanks he will take the plaudits so to speak. That said he has been right about this companies share prices
And please bear in mind that the Chinese business people see honesty as a major factor in dealings
But is Swazman the real Mrs Boughtwood?
To be honest i couldn't give a fiddlers fart what Swazzers did or didn't predict although i am pretty sure he didn't predict Mrs Broughtwoods skulduggery. Most of us are here for the long haul and there is no getting away from it , either Mrs Broughtwood or Mr Broughtwood or the pair of them have let us all down badly. The rules are there for a reason and they apply to everyone so let's get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible , take whatever action is required and then get back on track ASAP!
If only it was that simple...... business acumen...... Honesty.. .... etc......
This to me damages short term confidence in this share. It needs to be sorted asap. Big questions remain. I can’t believe her husband did not know about this. And is there news around the corner? Only time will tell
I agree that there is now a storm cloud hanging over the share price . What were the reasons behind Mrs Boughtwood's surreptitious selling ? Could there be a big dilution in the pipeline that caused Mrs Boughtwood to take this action ?
I don't know Dunk. Let's ask the boiler room squad, eh? I'm sure the have 'all' the answers.
Dunk_Biscuit - anybody with an ounce of common sense will be able to see right through you and your comments - designed I might add just to spread fear. I do not believe you hold a single share here with your deramping nonsense. The greedy and stupid Mrs B will be guilty of a crime if it's proved she knows anything. She has bought the company into disrepute and with it a few reputations. They must act swiftly, Mr B must fall on his sword, and you must be filtered.
As you are from this moment on.
...of course it is just possible it was done without Mr Boughtwoods knowledge but we can't know that until the facts are unearthed and the sooner the better.
You would be extremely silly to sell at this price as we know it will rerate shortly only 2k sold, 152k spread over 3months is12.5k a week on average sold without her husbands knowledge........
