Erm!!! Would there be a problem with depositing more funds into an escrow account?
All of a sudden, the buyer (!!!) - who let's not forget has already (according to Amit Christian Andersen anyways) had his $50 million for the licensing sale tied up in escrow since July 7th last year - is now agreeing to pay out additional interest on this sum???
How can anyone possibly think that this has any ring of truth?
Does the update confirm agent details or provide a link to a verifiable third party announcement regarding the supposed sale?
Or is it just like all the others, fairly confusing, promising 'jam tomorrow' and leaving you without any definitive timescale to get your long awaited payment
Has a negative opinion on a share that hasn't delivered anything but delays for the past 6 years so must be a bot 🙄
16th Jan update out on website!
Faulty non invested sour grape Bot
The Scottish fool isn’t clever enough to be a bot, he got rejected at the programming point
Strange Angus how you're so certain of the outcome here yet COPL where you're actually invested you need to rely on the opinion of others. Posted .....
My shares are worth about £800 is there a chance this could go back up or should I sell now

Come on Lee
Invested with 38k 7 years ago and your not slightly disappointed by the delays, crack on mate . Plonker
Another fool deleted.
Hubbabubbas, when I last checked no shareholders had been contacted, no brokers have heard anything (contrary to a previous update), and no one has been paid anything yet. No delays though...
'the company is delighted to confirm that agreement has now been reached in principle with the buyer to apply a rate of interest to the previously disclosed consideration for this period. we look forward to confirming the final terms once the licensing payment procedure is completed...
it's just ******, isn't it? no one is getting paid anything. this will roll on for another god knows how many months, years, forever.
No delays mentioned in todays update so what are the Wini Wobbles clutching at.🤣
It had to be structured as two payments, the update tells us that. The licensing deal is an income event (dividend) the daap is a purchase (capital gains)
The update tells us this. It can’t be one payment for tax reasons
Wait and see, we won't hear anything this week and then state 1 payment, it's obvious to see and more delays
Why would we not? - nothing that's been said in this post that detracts anything from what was said in the previous post re the licencing deal.
Why would we hear anything from the brokers this week now? It's another delay tacic as always
Pretty good news to hear tbh - I was earmarking the daap re-negotiations as being a long way off from agreement. please to hear it was an interest only amendment which makes sense given the $275m was announced as the daap + licencing figure in Nov-22 - so say + circa +4% from then
if we hear contact this / next week via our brokers it's all happening in my opinion.
as always with Amit - patience is a virtue.
Let's be honest it's never going to happen is it, time after time a delay after delay, see you next Christmas
You’re not though! Haven’t posted much in weeks but here I am, right yet again.
Broken clock is right twice a day 👍
