With over 3% of shares what rights does that give him to the board and is that a personal or fund stake?

We need more of these - a good sign? Obviously confident

A confident buy this morning at open; let's hope it continues as news flow develops.
Thanks Dactions, it's as I thought a home health hub means this extends beyond fertility, into the whole womens health from puberty to menopause, a massive market, and not surprising to hear China back in frame, very good presentation clearly this will fly
The video of the 20 mins presentation at the 30th March Westminster Show has been released.
Having bought in at 4p a while back, I had hoped to get to the show but a rail problem prevented it. Then, when the placing at 3p occurred a short period following the show, I must admit to being concerned and wondered why the discount had to be so large.
This presentation answers most of my doubts and the prospects imo ook good - the next few weeks will answer the few doubts remaining:

Thanx Shandy the refill's ar 2 quid cheaper on drfertility, every little helps lol
https://www.drfertility.co.uk/collections/fertility-monitors/products/mylotus-fertility-monitor
found it here too, my issue is we need significant PR to raise awareness of the product and explain why it is better than the other fertility test kits available, all of which are a lot cheaper.
You go to Boot.com to buy beauty products not a £350 fertility test kit unless you have been directed elsewhere to do so
Thanks for link Amber.
It's interesting that Boots are going in at the same high price as CPT - I think I was expecting it to be lower - closer to the £199 Fertility show offer in November 2018.
I messaged CPT to ask about forthcoming pricing of the product but never had any response.
Apparently (from advfn) Boots could be selling from later this week. If so would expect an uptick soon.
Thanks, I was wondering if there was some "new"s rather than the obvious that's happened over the past few weeks. Hopefully there is something positive brewing which will be released to the masses soon

Still got a long way to go but a good start!! Any news?
to gain traction again :-)
Thanks Brycen
TW's opinion was that the placing was at too low a price, causing unnecessary dilution. But it does mean the company is well capitalised to deliver stock to Boots quickly. I am holding my shares, this does not seem like so many small AIM stocks, to many of them are all hype and no substance.
Lack of transparency - you're right Curiouser - that is what it is.
Winnifrith was bemoaning the recent placing but has since been promoting the share I think - but I haven't seen his write-ups on it either way.
Dactions, the lack of transparency is worrying but this a mature product that will only get better, I wouldnt be surprised if they're getting things ready for a buyout tbh, esp if us fda approval is won
Ronman, That's such a lame reply, this is a discussion board for shares not football, so childish
If you feel so uncomfortable the best thing to do is sell up and move on.
I'm not sure about this placing - coming so soon after last August's placing. Also, about the discount being offered so soon after they were heavily promoting themselves at the London Investor Show end of March when the price was around 3.75p
We have very little information where the money is going or indeed know how much has gone.
The Chairman has been given multi millions of options - I can't help but feel uncomfortable with the way this share is going.
