Options granted today. Wonder if there will be an rns with some good news tomorrow prior to the presentation.
Good point Top Trader. RNSs can be nothing but fluff but C Cog don't mince their words .
More I 'm sure will be discussed and revealed next week

Cantab to be used in a schizophrenia trial with a repeat client, £600k over 3 years. Not to be sniffed at!
I like the way this company produces their rns releases, they are never cryptic with figures or information they just give you the facts and it’s all we need. Good luck
I see someone took half a million at 140 today. Nice to see a move up
Really doesn’t get much better does it? Hopefully with the drop back over the past few days some smart money will notice this is cheap. Like you say though medium to long term hold for me hearing more and more about digital clinical trials they are a great way for companies to save money. Order book looks great as well!
Really positive results as expected with a really positive medium term outlook as well as profitability. Yet the market largely seems indifferent. Still a great time to buy in my humble. Which no doubt means minus 5% today then !!!
Welcome to this interesting investment. That always happens to me when I buy an AIM share as well, don’t worry. There will be an RNS on Tuesday to accompany the results I imagine.
“Notice of Results
The interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 will be announced on 21 September 2021.”
Looks like I could have timed my buy a bit better hopefully get an rns soon
Have always had these on my radar the amount of positive news flow every month looks too good to miss out on so brought my first little batch today about £1200 worth as I had it spare in the isa. Reading the last update it looks like this has a bright future.
Wow that’s better than expected. And confirmed not only increased and accelerating sales and orders but 2021 profitability as well. In the real world, updates don’t get much better than that?
Wonder how much the SP will go down as a result? (!!)
Impressive
And another decent contract win announced today (28 June). Excellent news hopefully matched by the SP moving in an appropriately upward direction?!
This company is at a very interesting stage of development and set to embark on major phase 3 trials shortly
COG already a test partner - mentioned on p19 of the latest corporate presentation below - so one would hope in the box seat for further involvement

No view on revenue but this is all about the technology driving growth over the medium term and possibly big pharma interest imv.
Does anyone have a view on 2021 revenues etc? COG seems to have consistently achieved £6-7m since 2016? At least according to the snapshot I can see on HL ??? Will all these new contracts shift us out of that particular space-time-continuum?!
Hoping the SP will move positively this week.
Cambridge Cognition awarded contracts totalling £1.4m for digital healthand wearable device provision for clinical trials
Cambridge Cognition Holdings Plc (AIM: COG), which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, is pleased to announce that it has won a series of contracts from a global pharmaceutical company to provide specialist clinical trial management services. Under the contracts, the Company will evaluate a range of digital health and wearable devices and supply the devices with associated software and services for four clinical trials, which will assess a drug compound for Central Nervous System ("CNS") disorders. Cambridge Cognition secured the contracts on the strength of its CNS, digital health, clinical trial and regulatory expertise.
The Company has won four contracts for this work, one in late 2020 and three more at this time. The contracts, expected to generate total revenues of c. £1.4m over two years, are for the supply of software and services as well as the procurement and provision of third-party hardware, which makes up a considerable portion of the total contract value. As a result of the significant hardware component, the overall margin on the four contracts is lower than the Company would normally generate from a software and services led contract.
new Exec Director
held 45 directorships but ceased them all 1st March 2019
what happened there then
Is this subject to Pump & Dump? I don't see a lot of chatter about COG but the price movements would indicate as such. I'm an interested observer and looking for an entry point but will hold off for the time being.
AGL is one that definitely is subject to P&D!
Why the rise ?
Looks like we won't need another rns to get to 150p.
Next rns should take us to 150p.
NT to buy. Premiums being paid.
