Polo, I would say calibre are less likely to buy us now.
No, nothing pure speculation. We will see but as I say little downside for new buyers.
Why do you say calibre? Have you heard something?
This is a good share for new buyers. Who knows what will happen but it seems a sale is in the works. There is little downside coming in at this price., if it retraces to 15p then still not much of a loss. For long term holders, it's obviously been a frustrating ride. Calibre surely the main buyer here and the issue is the price.
Nice little rise. never like the sudden appearance of newbie rampers but looking forward to letting a few more go if we continue to rise this week.
Gla
Where are you?
Amen to your positivity Simms45, I truly hope we don’t get ****ed over after all this time!
I've been away from this share for a while. The main thing which has bought me back in is the fact Calibre have completed an acquisition, so they are now able to dedicate more resource to potentially buying Condor. I also agree it's at a relatively low price overall; a lot of money has been pumped into this company down the years.
I am not sure I would get excited about this. Not many share have changed hands and there is no news
I just put in a buy order on II for 10000 shares and it couldn’t provide a live quote. II were happy to take shares from me offering a live price. We could be in for an interesting afternoon.
The largest trade of the day so far was 78800 at 26.50p which is above full offer of 26p.
Not a good day at the office for West Ham but 2p up on a monday morning feels like the week is starting on the right foot. Just home we crack 30p this week as he hit 35p and it does feel logical that one of these advanced discussions, meetings at Chinese embassy and Nic etc before christmas all comes to something. I still hold out for an all cash or share deal from a listed company. It is the year of the dragon!
In the words of Scotty - "She canna take any more, Cap'n! She's gonna blow!"
Me too…COYI
You right a v frustrating share just like the hammers but I feel we approaching the a nice exit price here-about time as well!
We all know we’re ’cheap’ apparently, so WTF are investors or companies filling their boots? Sorry if I sound off but I’ve heard enough about all the positives with nowt tangible to show for it? PS I’m a West Ham fan and that says it all.
How about we are just too cheap? it was cheap at 35p so 25p is a steal to some. most think sale will be 45-60p and i think something is likely to come on and possibly quite shortly.
It seems to have hit the buffers somewhat!
Yes going straight through that it’s not an all stations…
Sorry, but did I miss 30p somewhere along the line?
40p on the way…
Has Onion finally got this in the bag after 15 months? Let's hope so.
I agree - we've been here before. There are two explanations for the sudden price rise given there has been NO official release of any information about anything whatsoever.
Either we are all whipping each other into a speculative frenzy (as has happened before - just look at the price charts) or there is some insider trading going on (in which case private investors lose vis a vis privileged insiders).
Neither is particularly attractive...
Connect, me too.
Sorry CF, but I’ve been in a situation where it seems something’s about to happen too many times to get ahead of myself after all these years!
Long way to go. Hopefully this time we will push through 35p as if the sale proceeds it should be well north of that. February could be the month!
