just under 15% free float ! and results due before month end.
I have a few here, bought in at 56, wish I had more - just watching the twitter feed @SIS_Live shows how much is going on - seems like a very exciting company, shame I was a bit slow cottoning on! Am I reading it right from http://www.cmg-plc.com/About/CapitalStructure that only 15% of shares are in free float?
obviously I concur. Moves incredibly fast.
in my opinion, 20% of SIS valued at 13 million............ certainly worth double............ big SIS divi probably coming in December........... maybe 10-20p per share................ cmx - no debt- minimal running costs & SIS no debt, 25 million in the bank, generating 3-4 million a month positive cash and 15-25 million a year clear profit ...... best news....SIS reassumes monopoly broadcaster status with the demise of Turf tv. Check the accounts of both companies on cmx website. It surely represents a proper punt.
Before month end.
Then 55 then 57 l2
Of these you watch every day and curse.
Desperate for shares !

Should that be first past the post !
16k buy...half the price of the last post.
The gift that keeps on giving, SIS, saw revenues rise 5.5% in 2011 to hit £116m, with underlying earnings of £23.4m. Michael Rosenberg said he was "happy" with the improvement in profits.
For the six months ending on December 31st, Catalyst made profits before tax of £1.9m, up on the £1.7m figure for the same period of 2010. Net debt is now nil, and net asset value per share is 122p per share, an increase of 9.9% over 2010.
SIS provides live feeds of horse racing to almost all UK betting shops, while also making money offering outside broadcasting facilities to TV news channels. Catalyst then gets paid a dividend from SIS. Yesterday the company received £1.03m, back in December the dividend was £1.4m.
Catalyst Media Group is one of the easier companies on the London Stock Exchange to understand. It doesn't sell anything, make anything or offer any service whatsoever. It is simply a 20.54 per cent stake in Satellite Information Systems, or SIS.
