SIS Dividend16 Nov 2015 20:01
It could well be, as also in the past recent history, a "super" dividend may be declared by SIS in the order of £25-40 million. They are totally cash rich at the moment, have stripped expenses down to the bone and the shareholders Caledonian trust (Charles Cyzer) , ladbrokes, Betfred and William Hill love a dividend. Notwithstanding the fact that melvin lawson at CMX also loves a divi.
In the worst, and i believe, the worst scenario of "just" a £10 million divi, that would equate to 12p per share gross at CMX. As CMX has no debt and minimal running costs, it would be unsurprising if a divi of 10p+ per share was at least in the offing and best of all a revaluation of the sole asset; surely upward of £120million valuing the sole asset at £24 million,,,, £1 per share, and almost certainly an annual divi of 12-15p per share to look forward to.
Of course wouldn't be a crime to sell out at a properly achievable 120p if you joined in at 35-40p and had a bumper divi on the way through.
