Hit my re entry point and would now wish to buy. I haven't got any spare cash at this time so have to wait it out. Could be a good, longer term but now at this stage?
Quite a large article in the times about reform needed which means doctors can't sign up to refer patients to circle hospitals if they have shares. Commission has announced, saying that also talked of a business trip to china in which Cameron used circle as a great example and created links. Drop might be worth capturing, no cash however at this time
people might be waking up here and overall investment potential. no funds or believe this can currently do better than other stocks. rumoured that ODX has the Bill Gates foundation interested so might be worth that punt and expectation of an update anytime soon. ATC with director buys also primed for increase. GLA
so even further to fall as a natural circumstance to more on the market. my funds are also limited, everything pretty much down at the moment, ATC level pegging and was up but now level only so no gains, the rest are pretty much on the mark but need so lift. as you will reenter a couple of £k if possible in the 40s but limited.
unvrkw, I'm with you, gonna wait a bit yet. Let's see what happens with all these shares afloat. Big sell there today. Well, if you got them at 50p, thats a 20% return straight away. More to follow I reckon. 40p is a possibility, anything sub placing price I think I'm in. However, all my stocks hammered at the minute, so no funds whatsoever.
Circle announces that, at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the notice of the EGM, were duly passed, and that the Company has therefore allotted, conditional on admission to trading on AIM, the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Option Shares (as each is respectively defined in the announcement by the Company dated 20 December 2013). Trading of the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares on AIM is expected to commence on 9 January 2014, and trading of the Option Shares on AIM is expected to commence on 13 January 2014. Following admission of the above-mentioned 55,000,000 shares, the Company will have a total of 185,785,122 ordinary shares of 2p each in issue.
What are you going to do now. Slightly disappointed that I didn't do the last bit earlier but really happy with the last 2 months with circle. Sold out at the 11% drop and It went further. Into ATC which stayed the same so hopefully for more upwards moves in that stock tomorrow. I think this will drop, around the 40 pence mark will be the best point, will look to go here maybe in a few week, I think the next set of results will show good progress so prior to the rise before these results. Now in BES also, going for an upswing in spirit sales over time!!
Hi mate, still watching, sp dropping before the share admission tomorrow. This share always rose well on very little volume, so obviously now more shares in free float, the gains will be harder to come by. But if I can get a sub 60 price, I'll be tempted. Only problem is I was banking on SULA profits today to possibly put in here, and that's gone a bit pete tong. Will keep watching, and ODX too. All depends on fund availability, you know how it is.
Up about another 15% then can swap out, hopefully see circle down another 10% and might venture back in? Keeps share portfolio spread but money banked so to speak. Will look Friday, hopefully the upward and downward trends in atc and circle continue respectively.
.
noted the drop, still had a double figure percentage gain so have sold holding this morning. i think the PI will loose out on this one for a while as the institues fill their boots and not worth the risk. so took the money and ran, bought more into ATC as they are looking for a bigger increase than circle certainly in the medium term. good share, really believe in them and have done well but too many times i sit and wait only for me to make no more money but the institues do. thanks
It will probably be the George Eliot NHS bid that is mentioned within the RNS. No share for us, all going to the institutes and over 90% shares already voted in favour, they certainly must have a great business case. Likewise I have some fox, odx and ATC on break even or positive territory, would love to get another 10 to 15% out of them by the placing date, see a dip and then take advantage but I cannot see this now going anywhere near 30 pence again. If it did I would sell up the other and drive in. Hintchinbrooke still confirmed to break even and debt down, all others making a solid step towards profit n 2014 and the placing is for cash towards growth not to pay off debts. It's recognised in the price, Sunday times will open this share up a little more, shame. Up around 25% in holding, happy to sit and see this rise. Around 180 million shares in issue is not the end of world, worse case. If the private sector takes off and continues as is, circle is a billion pound company in 5 years.
Hi unvrkw , just said they were now going for their second contract after the success of first, they were reducing the % of company owned by the workforce via the placement, and they were up against 2 other companies for the next contract. Also they were confident of winning more contracts in 2014. Nothing we didn't know really, but a positive mention. I assume if iis take the placement, they're looking long term, so won't get a flood of shares on to the market, but you never know, sometimes there is a seller which might bring the sp down a tad, so I'll watch and see.
what did it actual say in ST, missed that one. still have my original holding in here and about 15% up, the rest sold at around 140% gain and moved. will we get a placement oppourtunity or institues only? i would be happy to buy in some more if allowed
Nice mention in the ST yesterday I see, but I'm still wary of the 50p placing shares landing in the market on January 9th. Will wait and see how sp reacts to that before deciding entry point.
good day to stay out of this market, look for more next week in between the christmas, new year etc, short days, light trading it may go down too much. little in the way of cash spare but will be concious of the drop and at what point entry is right. the new shares will be introduced early next year so they could be some drop until then, lets play this one out and see!! good long term.
CICC not for me, too exposed already in mining. ODX looks very interesting though, added to my watchlist. Just got absolutely no spare cash at the minute. Need a big win from one of my miners in January, then we'll see. I've only been at this 3 months - haven't made a bean yet (some individual successes but overall 3k down, mainly due to PLE which I know will be good in the end). Hopefully my liquidity will rise significantly H1 2014 and I can move more into these mid/long termers.
created a test that can be used in the field, cheap and quick to aid HIV understanding. well the market is huge and people really need this. if it takes off the company will do well or get bought, the CEO has a great past of creating value.
i am tryoing to create a set of stocks that go up and down which i thne pass from one to another over time. i.e circle went up alot, took out, into Fox. hopefully FOX increase will then balance against others and reinvest. the aim stocks tend to rise and then fall based on no info, if this happens ofen enough and enough stcok i can increase value, i have double in the last year. if in doubt at this time then hit barclays that never fails to go up and down!! also gone AIM defensive, all quite good stocks with potential, ODX has massive potential, it will double and CEO knows his stuff
Thanks unvrkw, have waited this long, think I'll watch and see how things develop nearer the 9th Jan. Could be a chance to get in nearer 50p then. They certainly seem well positioned to get some more big contracts next year. I'm in Fox already, punted a few k at 16 a few months back, don't look at it much, happy to leave for a year. Will check out those other two. It's always nice to have some more solid stocks, for want of a better word - to balance up my riskier mining punts. Have you checked out BBOX? Popped a wee bit in there, should be a safe bet with a nice divi too. ATB
hi hotpotato, i have learnt certainly in the last 6 months that "never invest on a falling knife". as this started to drop i took some out and its continued. in the past i would then reinvest too soon and it keeps falling. therefore dont invest yet, let the product fall and even if it starts to go back up, wait a little and then dip in. i dont like averaging down unless so committed and it doesnt all make you money. the raising of cash will increase the growth in this stock and it wont belong before this is realised in the SP. watch it yourself, see it blue for a few days and then go, through christmas with small volumes and little info AIM stocks tend to drift lower? Three other AIM stock i invest in FOX, CICC and ODX. all will in 6 months create profit, have cash and work, great potential.
Hi unvrkw, just to let you know that I watch this share with a lot of interest and read your posts (in case you feel like you're talking to yourself sometimes). Not invested yet as can't release any funds from anywhere, but am looking for a stock like this in 2014 to balance my pf. SP does seem to move on barely any volume. Do you see this as a good price to buy, or will the placings drop it a bit yet? And what do you think a likely sp by end 2014, given your knowledge of future developments. Won't hold you to it, honest. GL
overall good progress being made, some dilution which is never good but there to feed into growth and expansion within the business. at around 130 million shares its neither too diluted or i believe vast at this time. took some out as indicated, placed this elsewhere and will wait. gla
at the 76 and 83 mark, thought this might to drift for a period as most AIM shares do without news or some significant investment. great product however, still invested and will wait and re-enter i believe.
