HopefulDave. I have just read your post again from 14.12 and noticed this extract. "It doesn't mean the company has stood still in the slightest, it has grown massively. It appears the CEO's saying in the AGM and GM that the distributors are all onboard and 10,000 is still the target itself hasn't moved the SP, as confidence is knocked.".
I think one of the troubles is that this 10,000 target of outlets often spoken about on this BB has never appeared in an RNS.
I just quick checked 24 Feb US Update, 16th April Trading Update, 17th May Update, 1st July Business update, 29th July Business update and so on and all CHILL RNS's from February 21 up until to day - there is no mention of a 10,000 US outlet target at all, and no mention of any target for US outlets being on stream sometime in 2022 !
I am now under the impression that the 10,000 outlet US target has possibly been mentioned verbally at AGMs and GMs, but is just info for those attending, and the company have chosen NOT to identify this as one of its core targets this year in an RNS. WHY. This is exactly what ALL investors want to hear.
Can anyone put me straight if i have missed an RNS mentioning this as a target - and also explain where this number came from ? - lets face it, ALL investors should have the same information, and if it does not appear in an RNS then its a wish, more than a target.
Its stuff like this that makes investors feel uneasy. It would be the easiest thing in the world to just place my faith in the story here...but the 10,000 stores target by April 2021 is integral to the development of CHILL success next year. So why no mention in an RNS? not a de-ramp, but an observation - if i am wrong can easily be corrected by those investors with more in depth knowledge here. GL Vas.
The last mention of 10,000 stores target in US was on 15th February 21 a Progress Update
"Overview
· Pivotal distribution agreements in place
o AATAC rollout has commenced with initial 10,000 stores committed during next phase
o Executed previously announced agreement with prominent UK distributor
o Ox Distribution beta-store programme complete

o UK FSA Novel Foods dossier submitted
o EU compliance work underway

Vas,
The 10,000 was also shown as a projection in the Co Presentation that I have seen but was not made available via website.
That is why I asked questions 6 and (especially) 7 in my 15 questions for the GM.
BB2.
Thanks BB. Why the BODs are confident to discuss this target behind closed doors and not make it a legitimate target by confirming its existence in business update RNSs. It's probably the company's most importance target as far as investors are concerned. Its stuff like this that create uncertainty in investors minds and needs to be corrected.
This explains the massive divide and disparity between investors expectations here on this BB when some investors are told one thing, yet the RNSs that most read do not say anything much at all.
Vas, if you spent less time penning war and peace and basically trolling the company at every opportunity, disrupting the bulletin boards at every opportunity, you wouldn’t need to start a thread attacking a 10,000 store target as not being in an RNS when it has been.
The company has mentioned all distributors remain onboard, it has mentioned it is entering all locations previously discussed, and it has mentioned it still expects to get to that that 10,000 RNS’d store count.
Thanks for starting a thread to highlight that the company will be in 10,000 stores around March / April timeline, and don’t forget this is likely to be with more than the products being sold today as well.
There is no confrontation. Please show me an RNS published after 15th February 21 that mentions the US target of 10,000 store target by a round March / April 22 ? I apologise if I have missed it but I could not find a mention at all.
I would have thought its significant if true, nothing to do with spoiling the board.
Hopeful. I am not trolling the RNSs, it was your post that made me wonder and I checked.
Keep up the good work of highlighting the ambitious 10,000 store count target Vas, you’re doing a great job. Maybe bring up Taat again to highlight how under values we are in comparison especially considering we are in more stores, selling a more diverse range with better branding too!!
The 10,000 US store target by April 2022 must be their biggest, and nearest target and as far as investors go ..they must be wondering why the company have NOT mentioned this target ( yes, they may mention all distributers are still on side - but no mention of numbers or timeline) SO , why have CHILL not continue to reinforce this 10,000 target in updates throughout the year since February 21. Its the most exciting target for investors....do you think it was a serial error and they forgot to include it ? lol
There is no need to get excited. Its just an observation and i may be wrong if someone can show me an RNS since with this target included. Most company's put their best foot forward in updates / business updates etc RNSs and this is 10,000 number is moussing. Ill leave it there but hope someone can prove me wrong.
Vas, it is stated and it has not been retracted, and it has been communicated many times verbally since. That is all it needs to be.
It’s not discussing things “behind closed doors” or anything sinister. An AGM or GM is for shareholders, if you owned some you could go along…
These aren’t closed door secret squirrel events, you simply have to be a shareholder to attend.
However, publicly before then, many interviews have been made stating clearly, rollout targets remain, distributors are on board etc.
It does not need to be in an RNS any more than once for it to remain true.
Unlike many companies, Chill has previously gone about its business relatively quietly. In my opinion it has previously done a woeful job with IR, I’ve stated that many times before.
I expect the onboarding of Rhino and Viridian will dramatically change the PR & IR and up they will up their game substantially.
However, I don’t care if the next time they mention 10,000 is when they are in or have surpassed that many stores, and are kicking on to the next 10-15,000 after that…
…adding product lines like initially TFN products to the rang, and who knows what additional products after that perhaps..
Still thanks for bringing two massive positives up for for the company and for any new investors with the current SP opportunity again.
1) IR could be better - well it’s going to be with Viridian and Rhino driving IR & PR, so the company will be getting out there more.
2) The company still aims to be in 10,000+ stores within the previously mentioned timelines.
Anyway, got a busy day today as need to go out to play later.
T TFN …..
Let that sink in! 10,000 stores with multiple product lines. By end of this financial year!!
Think how many they might be in by this time next year???
Thanks Vas for highlighting that 10,000 stores has never been mentioned in any rns's, maybe the bod can wake from their slumber and inform the market as to the true number of stores (my guess is under 2,000).
Antha, they were in 2500 stores in July this year so your prediction is the number has gone down by 500???
The standard of trolling is very poor on here today.
There is a world of difference in what is written in an RNS and published as a record for all investors to read and refer too, and what is said verbally at an AGM. Anyway, It is what it is.....lets see how she goes...ill relax in your safe hands...lol
At the last two meetings on Zoom the last being the 26thOct 2021..CEOs confirmed that the company was on target to deliver the 10000 March 2022 store target. As not being shareholders you couldn't attend these I appreciate that fact
I refer the right honourable gentleman (?) to the answer I just gave!
Vascular. It is written in an RNS and at no point has it been retracted, it is therefore still the case.
You do not need to mention the number over and over again.
You do need to mention the number if it changes.
It has not changed, and it has not been notified it has changed. In fact it has verbally been repeated as still on and still happening.
As per RNS reporting requirements, it has not been mentioned again = it has not changed.
If you remember, they were also on target to deliver 10,000 in Feb 21....until they came off track, now back on track......Yes, on track means the same as it did in February 21 ......heading in the direction of....not a final destination. CHILL are also on track to distribute in the UK, distribute in Eastern Europe, etc ....same thing.
Where’s your rns stating that Vas??
Vas, don’t know what you’re smoking, but it isn’t Chill. When did they say they were going to sell in 10,000 stores by Feb 21? Now you’re just making sh*t up.
Vas you are correct it is not a final destination, this is an INITIAL target, and once at 10,000 stores it will then continue to go to more stores. That next phase will no doubt be communicated closer to the March/April timeframe as it gets to the 10,000.
Thanks for also clarifying the goal to roll to the entire AATAC network in time......
RNS on February 21
"AATAC rollout has commenced with initial 10,000 stores committed during next phase"..."The Group and its distributors anticipate this ramp-up cycle to be completed over the course of 12 to 15 months," (Feb 22 - May 22).
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ZOE/progress-update-6f3s2nn85wwwrag.html
There was never a
The last mention of the committed 10,000 stores in this rollout in any RNS.
Try reading it again Vas. Dated Feb 21 and said will take 12 to 15 months to hit the “initial” 10,000. So that’s not 10,000 stores by Feb 21 is it!!
OK. You get my point and you all say you know a lot more about what is going on with the roll out than I, so lets pretend you are right! keep you happy .......the next six months will be brilliant. Anyone expecting any news tomorrow ?
