Does anyone actually read many of Openheimers posts? Most are just nonsense!
Or the market will like the fact that 2 directors have been sacked and the new ones brought in, in which case the share price will go UP! Foxtrot Oscar Openheimer you troll
Similar to what I've just found. Too many Graham Duncan's to know if you have any relevant info. tBH I don't know that much about our major shareholder Mr Swan either
Would be interesting to know who Graham Duncan & Aditya Chathli are? Anyone?
Openheimer with his usual BS. No one has been sacked yet! There is an EGM been called to try and get them replaced (to be honest we hear nothing from T&A and nothing seems to be happening on the US side as far as we know as there has been no PR to tell us anything). IF JS and the other major share holders like Llyod (I am joking) do get their way then it won't be the first time a director has been forced out of this company.
He's got a point though hasn't he! This is like Chinese water torture. It's all been very quiet on the PR front for a while now. I understand the Gov changes mean a massive shift to bring forward the refillables but would be nice to hear something from someone!
13-14p average but not expecting to see those prices for a while.
Alfie, correct they are the bare facts. But bear in mind Chill is not the same company that launched, or 5 years ago or even a year ago.
Current sp obviously lagging due to latest government plans but it’s a completely different company.
1 year ago there was no product
1 year ago there was no WH Smith’s, no petrol station forecourts, no Morrisons. No VAPES let alone a host of flavours and puff counts.
The ban is no where near the statute books and may never get there. It might only include nicotine vapes. But it might do but there is still a rechargeable device about to launch. The ban is only UK on single use.
So yes sp down from 1 year ago but company is in a massively improved position
They are not moving AWAY from nicotine free, but are introducing low nicotine versions as well. Makes perfect sense.
Supreme announcement included a share buy back scheme which is always going to be seen as attractive by the markets.
They are also in a very different position to Chill right now as they have an established brand(s) and share of the market.
and only (potentially) disposable ones and only in the uk. but not in us, mainland europe, middle east, asia.
refillable ones not banned.
so stop being an ****
MCAP has moved quite a chunk as there are a lot more shares in existence since a year ago.
So the sells above 4p aren’t the CLN shareholders making a 100% profit then. Maybe it’s a trigger for them to take something back out. Sell half your CLN shares and you’ve basically got a load of free shares
It’s not just a simple loan though is it. It’s a borrowing facility for as and when needed so it’s not 24%pa. I assume you realise this and just putting in silly numbers to make it look like that. It is a lot lower cost than invoice factoring for example.
Ah, the old “raise” post from the kat. Despite the fact there’s money in the bank and a facility to borrow off a major shareholder. Very predictable! Poor trolling Kat but nothing new from you.
Thanks Bellers, I was referring to CapabilityPete's comment TBH. I will take another listen soon though. I did have an email chat with Callum today. Fired him off a quick email about marketing and he was straight back with some really good plans that are afoot. Exciting stuff.
I need to listen to the podcast again as I didn't think he said he was talking directly with BAT but did mention the following on Insta and the fact they have been in dialogue with some big T. Maybe I miss heard?
Still strange reaction on the sp although we must calculate in the increase in shares means MCAP has gone up considerably over the last couple of months. 3 years in and still in the red so maybe getting anxious to see some figures that aren't rag coloured. Got there for a short while when it showed at 14p so even double figures would be nice for a change!!
I've got a couple of late teens kids and 20 something step kids and none of them have heard of Chill or even the idea of nicotine free vapes. So major marketing needed but with the right results and like you said lack of availability elsewhere for the nicotine free ones then it could go huge.
Hi BeeK
Thanks for the observations, sounds similar density of vapes availability to population as my home town. Actually thinking about it there are at least a dozen places where you can buy vapes including a couple of dedicated vape shops.
Quick question for you though, if none of the shops are selling nicotine free vapes, how do you know that there is a market for it?
Neil, you can’t even raise a simple sentence so I don’t have to worry about working late.
Does Neil ever write anything that doesn't have raise in it? Even his christmas cards probably.
