jamesss well we have 30 days to give our pledge doc in, then they can get to business, you have to remember average time for annulment case is 18 months, anything less than that is a bonus for us.
I think it will be over before Christmas myself, purely because the length of time this has dragged on for already. After all said and done, there is no meeting of party's or new evidence to look over.Just the annulment application, the ruling and the case notes themselves, yes a lot of documentation but not a years worth . Obviously the ad hoc committee members are busy on other cases too.
Anything like as low as that will be laughed at. Even by me lol. £4 is my goal but I'd accept a little less ;-D
I'm just being realistic. I hope I'm wrong maestro1. Would love it. We are still in the fight so theres every reason to hope. But if there's an offer it will be low! Less than £2 more like £1.20. I'm basing this on the strength of Roi's position. But like I said I hope I'm wrong...
jamess we have plenty of time to think about it, this will take another year this annulment phase.
Point taken and I agree, but like said, it's worth thinking about because if we do get annulled then this will be our next situation we find ourselves in.
ROI are allowed due process as are we so it may be a while before we are spending any profits!!
That's what I thought too but under what grounds they could object I don't know. They already know the case, they will have researched from the very beginning to get the full picture. What grounds would you think justifies their possible objection. If this was not allowed to happen then like you say how long would it take to set up another panel. Maybe ahead of ourselves but it's worth a thought.
Jamesss I imagine ROI could justifiably object to that scenario. I was wondering if the annulment is succesful do we have to go to the back of the queue and wait our turn for a new tribunal or are we fast tracked? All this time we are wasting instead of spending money.
Mernell 50/50 , how do you come up with those odds? I seem to recall a recent annulment where the tribunal failed to apply domestic law and the case was annulled. The ad hoc committee will have to be fair..
Agreed sperac .The speedy progress is a positive, I hope they continue as they mean to go on. If we are able to get the verdict annulled, then is it possible that the ad hoc committee members to be placed as the arbitors on the new arbitration panel? Or would they find a further three arbiters to rule on the revocation of licences for the second time?
ROI still have the upper hand by a long way. The only way imo that an offer will be made if at all is through a company which they have control over. But this will be dependent on annulment which is about 50/50 at best. If we are successful in this, they will be looking at it, in terms of, what are the percentage chances of them losing. They are still not going to be very high. And they won't lose much face, as they have already won once. This will have already been decided and no doubt they will have strategies for every potential outcome. They know that at this stage it's going to be very difficult for us to surprise them in anyway. But we can but hope... Gla.
The Committee's decision is a positive for us, also the speed at which they came to their decision would seem to indicate that they are not about to waste time - the way the Tribunal did.
Onlooker, in my experience of how courts work whatever they say goes so ROI will have to accept it!
What's the status of your shares in TD?in your isa or trading account or nothing?
Gp I tend to agree with you. If they say we will allow to hold position till the annulment verdict ie boom or bust then that would be fine, but if they are saying waiting for relist after stay of cost even though they don't trade the nex exchange then its a con. Regardless my complaint is in process and my grievances are known to them. Let's wait for official response...
Will Roi have to accept this as security or could they challenge that they want a gaurantee for the 9m in full ?
I hope everyone jumped in at a nice low price and makes plenty as we have waited long enough. Circa 300k shares even at 30p would be worth ooc surely. Annulment case is looking hopeful.Appreciation to the three arbiters who made an absolute mess of the ruling.
It's not fair if their terms and conditions are being ignored in their favour. They obviously know that an opening vastly down on NEX will bring them great profit!
So it looks like they are going to close out bets at the opening price once trading resumes on the NEX. If that never happens then we could be in limbo until the arbitration is finalised. I would probably say this is fair all round.
Thanks for your email. The stock is currently delisted on the AIM and is suspended on the NEX. At the moment nothing has been confirmed with how this will be treated by the exchange,so there is nothing we can physically do. We are looking into the possibilities of trading out of this stock when it starts trading on the NEX, but we are awaiting confirmation from our shares desk. Unfortunately we have no indication of when this will happen. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, please visit our Help and Support section where you can search for frequently asked queries. Regards,
If this starts trading at a lowish price on NEX I'll buy a load more. I'm not telling what price though ;-D Uncanny best wishes to you!!!!
GP you have circa the same number of shares that I do and rather settle at a discount to full claim than have to wait a further +18 months. I agree with OOC "a bird in the hand is worth etc..." As we have seen, as confident as we maybe after (if) annulment, anything is possible with litigation cases!
Yes I think we will :-D
