Should ROI realize they now have little chance of winning they would IMO certainly be wanting to mop up any cheap shares. This would be a good reason for for DQ to keep the shares suspended [if he can] It would go totally against the grain if they were able to mop up cheap. Only a thought :-)

I just have a horrible feeling that ROI is too quiet.They have not contested the stay of cost or made any comment. I am thinking that if the pledge of land is successful we stand a very high chance of winning the case so I am not expecting them to be just sitting back waiting for a good chance of losing ! I expect them to come up with some silly reason why our deeds cannot be pledged,probably another blatant lie !. I think somebody actually said that DQ also was not 100% confident of the pledge being acceptable but he has maintained that he is confident of funding. I also think if we have funding from a reputable source it would be very positive. Also if ROI are able to have 1 more chance to try to hinder the case and that fails the chances are really high that they would throw in the towel ?

Fregatr I beg your pardon I was looking at the wrong line on my monitor regarding CHL NEX sp

I see nex are showing 34 for chl today. They are the old ISDX .In the past I have had a no of stocks on the ISDX market on my advfn monitor and they always have shown just what they are bidding or asking and not the highest bid and lowest ask which usually forms the prices. Still very strange though that they move the price when they are in suspension ?

It may well be the last chance for Roi to try to get us off their backs or delay the case by challenging the Stay of costs, However if they are reading the boards which I would surely think they make sure one way another to stay abreast of then they surely would have known for a long while that CHL could maybe find a funder or gaurantor. Sounds a bit like a poker game ! The stay of costs would still only be temporary until the end of the annulment hearing but I also agree that the chances of OOC will become more likely as I said maybe the chance for ROI !

So they have had plenty of time to read our request and Roi throw a spanner in the works literaly 6 working days before discussions ! Prolongimg the agony or did it take them so long to concoct their poison ?

Maybe Ishaak did not authuorize the license signing. Maybe Prawabo thought oh here come some western mugs that can raise millions on the aim market so lets see if they can find some worthwhile coal. .If they dont find any thats fine as we were not doing anything anyway bit if they do we will revoke their license and they will have saved us a lot of time and money .If it turns out to be Indonesian officials with no assistance or knowledge from chl that would be conspiracy and corruption on a grand scale to defraud an innocent foreign investor.. We would have gained the lisence fairly squarely and in good faith trusting the regents .Dont forget Ishak flies economy class and is not a wealthy man compared to Noor and Putra. .Prawabo also offered Noor the vice presidency if he won the election. That is not a position you just offer a friend ?
