1. Who had heard of Energean's before today, another finance centric player rather than a proven operator.
You are joking, right?

A new research note by Auctus today. The firm state: “With line of sight on first production with a strong development partner, the story benefits from high impact drilling newsflow onshore and offshore Morocco in 2024.” The firm reiterate their 50p TP.

1. Who had heard of Energean's before today, another finance centric player rather than a proven operator.
Do they have the funds for this or do they have to raise capital?
Make you wonder all that dilution as we ran with FEED Costs and still only got 30%
2. We get 25million to keep the lights on until gas production, will that be enough? NO!
3. Does this mean the onshore is seperate?
4. If onshore is seperate I.e. Char management will be operators, what will be total costs to production
5. I must be reading this wrong can some one clarify the wording at the end of the RNS does it say/ mean indicate we have to pay for the project carry later? Ie 50% of our 30%
" Energean's carry of Chariot's costs is non-recourse, and has a coupon of 7% over the one year Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), with the carry including interest repayable from 50% of Chariot's future net sales revenues from the Lixus licence"
Markets are treating it not derisked, quite the opposite. More flim flam dealings from AP and crooks imo.
The market has seen that CHAR could not get a reputable operator, and has determined it will need more funding.
Current target 10p probably.

Really thought that we would have a spike simillar to JOG on news then the inevitable sell off during the day not first thing!
I can see as many blues as red trades so I will never understand how this all works (and neither do the "experts"
I have given up!!
The Moroccan government are paying through the nose for gas since the pipeline from Jordan I think it is was shut off
They’ll want first gas asap
Late start today for me. Just seen the RNS and now just seen the SP. Down 8.4%?! Is anyone able to explain this properly? Have read through the 70 odd messages and all emotional responses so far.

A new research note out from Cavendish today: “Delivering an Expanded Anchois Project”. The firm have updated their TP to 58p on Chariot’s shares
I think we will see production by 2025 whimax. i think "fast track" starts here
Nearly 450 trades in first hour, that's great, Ok so the price is down on open, but without the volume it would be a whole lot worse with a seller in the background, let em out,,,, once they are done then normality resumes and off we go.... I am loving the volume so far,,, great to see, and a LOT to come from this stock in the fairly near term..........
Pop it in your “middle drawer” till 2026 redetermines, and come back then, there’s a good chap!
ICB with respect bore off ffs !
Here is a reminder of the Analysts targets:
The 5 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Chariot Ltd have a median target of 48.57, with a high estimate of 60.51 and a low estimate of 35.03. The median estimate represents a 254.50% increase from the last price of 13.70.
If the market doesn't rate them, peers will.
Harbour need to diversify urgently from the North Sea and are looking for acquisitions. This seems an ideal fit.
All IMHO DYOR

Is pretty much down today, will be adding.more at these prices.
Energean are also down, circa 5% today.
For the short termers:
Drill a further well, in the east of the Anchois field and conduct a gas flow test in 2024, with rig contract negotiations advanced. Multi-objective well:
§ Evaluate undrilled low-risk deeper sands, to potentially materially increase the resource base for a development above 1 Tcf
Gooner , you've said it all
-
-"This really is a middle drawer share until we are generating cash !"
-
-First gas will certainly never be anywhere near those rosy dreams of 24/5----things just take time.
-
Think we should push the Co at the Webinar for a "proper " estimation of first gas sales, --and don't be surprised if they now start looking at 2026 and beyond.
-
-Plenty of time to get in here still.
Haha you can see who lost a chunk on Chariot and is desperate for no sp increase. Get a few funds buying in and blow the bulletin board warriors away. It's a great RNS and has given much more certainty going forward. I will put my money where my mouth is and buy some more after breakfast.
Cmon Gooner, we are now in the 12s and no Webcast or Simon updates is going to help this today, regardless of what these ballons are now spouting 😏😏 Extremely disappointed by the reaction but not surprised by it. God only knows were this schit will finish today. No doubt 1 of the 3 Stogies will be along with another "quote " or better still Simon says🤣🤣🤣
Great news,
The O sands have proven gas in anchois 2 so proving additional gas in the O sands in anchois 3 production well is very low risk. Production at 200 mmcf per day is a huge cash generator.
Jimmy
N1 the conference call will make no differene, the market has already valued us.
This really is a middle drawer share until we are generating cash !
Just had to top up
Todays Cavendish note suggests future target price of 58p.
We update our valuation to 58p, with the decrease in Chariot’s working interest partially offset by a combination of the committed consideration and a reduction in commercial risk. If Energean exercise its option to acquire a further 10% in Lixus our valuation increases to 71p.
I give up.
Will hold.
Something wrong with this market but they will come good. It is an outstanding deal.
All IMHO DYOR

There will be plenty Pi probably got dummied out of their holdings this morning, not flustered at all with that oddball response, just the nature of the beast that is Aim, this will turn back up just as quickly as it was pulled down in the first 30 mins or so..
