Let's see who takes the bait...
I don't think even Clive could mess up the Next RNS. Unless of course he puts a spin around the pastie being no longer edible....
GM result out..
Mike,
I told you, its your trust issues, they are holding you back ;)
You will see soon enough ...
"I know i've flipped again, but so has the news flow." well who would have guessed that, you fail to surprise me George............... Honest 8-))
Wolfi,
Could be, but they usually mention future plans in an RNS and then let the tumble weed grow over it for a few months.
They've covered West Shalva, it was valued and agreed by the Non exec & Nomad, they won't want a consultant pi55ing on their chips and going over that deal.
Sale of shallows RNS said:
The Board has in recent months entered into a number of discussions with potential buyers concerning the BNG shallow structures.
They can play one off against the other so won't need a consultant - again Kuat is ex Banker and a geologist, proven good at negotiating, didn't use one for the last oil field sale of $100m so unlikely he would need one now.
The only time they have mentioned bringing in outside help is for flowing a deep - last Bico tender contract was also for flowing a deep.
3 Months work for £140k ... sign me up!
That was back in February.
Quite looking forward to the next RNS ...
Might be in lieu of fees concerning the purchase of West Shalva or the sale of the shallows.
£140k is a decent sum of money for a consultant.
What can it be for?
1.Oil field negotiations
2.Deep drill expertise
They didn't use anyone last time they were going to farm out BNG for 18p, Kuat made the decision to accept and then cancel the offer.
Deep drills - A5 we know has been ongoing since February, is this the success payment to a speciaslist that means it's flowing?
Somethings going on that is for sure and it is looking very positive.
I know i've flipped again, but so has the news flow.
Lets just hope the "adviser" doesn't turn out to be Stormy Daniels !
Guess that discounts it being shallows, so deeps or oilfield sale?
Is it shallows, deeps, oilfield sale or all of them?
Whenever it does this price a tion from the lows there is something substantial in the background?
Buyers coming back in after the recent drop off in share price.
Ha ha 8-))
Mike,
It rubs off from Yr Mum.
I thought it was camel no. 5
Its the perfume George wears
What is DIOR mean? … dromedary in oil reservoir!!
Mike,
It's your lack of trust that is holding you back...
More like Dior ;)
Well with those two deals/movements announced and gonna happen, it now clears the path for the really good news and however kuat wants to play it.
Half goat, why are you posting that, on this "dog of a share" I think thats what you called it, every BB has its pumpers and dumpers, you would have to be extremely gullible to believe any of it, how many times have you heard DYOR !! take our very own Coffeecups, now I hope and expect that he makes some nice money out of CASP and good luck to him, he puts enough effort in and gambles his own money, but do we believe everything he posts? Not a fu*&^%*& chance
After the disastrous turn of events at Bushveld Minerals I wanted to warn AIM investors that there is a concert party that ramped that share incessantly and caused a lot of individuals to lose significant amounts of money. You may have your own “to be ignored” list but watch out for these charlatans:
Sammy58
Fatbanker
IsleworthSpy
RichKen
Knuttie
Loudspeaker
Metatron
Clarkgriswold
faramog
Cindercone
"Selling before shares available seems very strange"
Forward selling happens on AIM all the time, especially when the stock can be granted without the need of an AGM, then it is a very safe practice as no chance of it getting voted down ( not that there is anyway with CASP ).
At this years AGM they'll put in a headroom vote for them to print a few extra without needing to ask shareholders approval, everyone does it
"Maybe it was a buy from yesterday"
No it was a sell from today, time stamp is within trading hours for today, price was right, everything ties in.
"It won't be the recipient/consultant - the shares aren't issued or available for trading until the 29th."
Look around AIM and tell me what you see ... loads of examples.
Might as well release news this afternoon, cats out the bag and meowing now....
Maybe it was a buy from yesterday?
You wouldn’t pay the ‘advisor’ until the deal was done. It wouldn’t surprise me to get the news tomorrow.
