Might as well release news this afternoon, cats out the bag and meowing now....
Maybe it was a buy from yesterday?
You wouldn’t pay the ‘advisor’ until the deal was done. It wouldn’t surprise me to get the news tomorrow.
Selling before shares are available to trade seems strange... the value might shoot up after trading starts on the 29th...
If things didn't look good, why would you want shares ? This is going to be far better than cash thank you....
It won't be the recipient/consultant - the shares aren't issued or available for trading until the 29th.
Quite apart from a sell making no sense having been happy to take the payment in shares rather than cash (therefore in the assumption they'll go up in value!)
Interesting sell of 500k.
Almost as if a trader knew an update / RNS was coming, didn't like it and has dumped, or the 'consultant' has received their share allocation at 3.25p and wanted some quick spending money before the S.P. rerates in a months time.
£140k to advisor ref selling mjf.
Carvers options protected.
Additional Options at 4p
They will all want a large % increase on 4p.
Caspian Sunrise announces the issue of 4,476,923 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 3.25 pence per share ("New Shares") in settlement of certain outstanding fees owed to an adviser.
Nothing on Bico tender or elsewhere.
This fee is for consulting on the sale of MJF, slipped in unannounced.
The 'certain outstanding fees' were £145,500.
Interesting that the recipient was happy to take it in shares, and at an instant hit of 20 grand on 2.8p current bid price.
I wonder if the "mystery" buyer for 50% of the boat (codename pension plan) will pop up soon
Yep from a trading view point its good.
No one seems to have raised any official complaints so once this new field is passed we can find out how much we are getting for MJF.
Again someone in the know wanting shares not cash, sounds good to me.
They've given us the bait
" we've been in talks for months to sell some oil fields at a premium"
This is the trade off.
" we want another $15m for ourselves.
Shares are at 4p so assume they want 150% mark up that means a 10p share price?
What as a takeover?
Sale will take place soon
Approx £140k for an advisor !!!! true and proper Carver "An adviser"

Iran shutting off 20% of worlds supply.
Saudi did let / help shoot down their Israeli bound missiles.
Made those casp oil fields even more valuable!
Daisy,
Sack the meeting off, go and book a nice lunch somewhere.
Research will give you more than these people ever will!
The two dates reconfirms what you already know about Carver.
NFFP.

Says 25th
Or am I being stupid again ?
Is the GM on the 25th or 26th ???
Thanks CC. A good observation
What a difference two days makes, technicals back in play, needs news flow to support the (re) buying.
Something that struck me earlier.
When have they ever not loaded contracts onto BICO tender?
They have to do it by law, it can only mean one thing:
For the first time since they formed Roxi Petroleum out of Baverstock and the concert parties oil assets they must be sticking to the stated plan.
Anything that has appeared on an RNS and on Bico Tender; there is a very good chance of being progressed.
This either means the contracts they got quoted for have been progressed from that time stamp onwards or else they have done nothing to any well.
Last BICO TENDER entry for Caspian Sunrise was 29/02/24 so for the last two months they have been progressing with their stated plans.
WHY? have they been so focused, usually they drill a bit here, move the rig, drill a bit there - for the first time since 2014? they have the bit between their teeth and are drilling to put results on the table ...
Un,
I haven't sold and I haven't bought, not down here anyway...
You sound even more like a lolloper now.
Its just all the porkies, and one-upmanship and airs of injured innocence when your gait and pace is called into question...
Looks like we are going to need extra security at the £1 party !
