I read that commercial property prices are rising again 1.6% last month. Time to buy these sort of shares now before the gain drives the price up. I think in 2 years these will have look very strong again that is when i am looking to sell some shares.

Lets not forget this was 40p not that long ago. I reckon it was oversold and the relative good news from the RNS has got the buyers jumping back in. That said the 330k buy at 40p is interesting, which makes me think there is also some truth in the rumour doing the rounds. In a way I hate these quick spikes because its a long term hold for me so don't want to jump in and out, but its tempting when you think it may hit 42 and then drop back to 35 again. Think of all those free shares for 2012 when its over a pound. GLA
combination of both perhaps? insider knowledge is "insider" knowledge. not enough people have the knowledge to push the share price up so high. im still sticking with this share though. not selling yet

Every time retail property price go up 10% the value of this company goes up 22p FACT And there are 8 sets of 10% to get back to 2007 levels Add the value of the rent side of the business and you get a value of £2.80 plus divs at 3p a share next year hopefully All you have to do is not day trade them just sit on your hands

I think these shares are cheap as are many are at the moment, reading there Interim Management Statement there is no reason for this not to keep rising, but who knows. Long term this is very good investment i am hoping for double your money in 2 years.
NO ,check out iii,some bloke called the bishopswell, knows that they have sold some of the Mall assets and it is soon to be announced Sold with a 9% yield that will make the SP fly very north. He has posted 2 x links to back his claim up i beleive him

when do you think will hit 50 as a baseline?
When do you think things will inprove for this share, i have friend in the industry he tells me 2 years before the business will start to pick up with 7 years for full recovery. i am in long term as i hope it will pay better than bank interest?
