Yes, will achieve 2-3x 100mil when producing. I mean around 100mil when the offtakes are done, DFS complete,DFC or offtakers move this to production.
Also to consider is that only like 2% of the resource area has been explored...
Massive upside and funds and partnerships in place and more coming to unlock it all. ;)
£100 MILLION? Thought twice that..
-DFC royalty payments
-Graphite supply battle
-£2mil premium cash raise at 5p
-Completion of last bits of test work demonstrating world class deposit again
-Offtake announcement which ties BRES to a global company for graphite supply. These offtake deals tend to range between $5-25million.
-Completion of the DFS
-Announcement of production plan for 2025
What a year in store.
Agree re the processing in China. It saved us a few years on timescales of building the pilot plant, optimizing it, and we would of been diluted to oblivion.
China is the main market by a long shot for graphite, hard to avoid it to some degree.
I'm of the view we will have offtake from China most likely and possibly another offtake outside of China (POSCO, Samsung?).
It was a great decision to process our graphite in China, otherwise we would have had to go with the original plan of building a pilot plant in Uganda with all the extra costs that would have come with it. The first sample was to prove the material could be upgraded to 95% (and then 99% concentrate), this time we will have enough material to send to potential offtakers who will want to do their own confirmation testing before agreeing any offtakes
Is it as simple as proximity / geographical location (time and cost)?
Agreed. So why are we sending a second bulk sample to China?
Just had a read and had no idea of the extent to which graphite is used and found in military hardware and aviation, surely with the restrictions imposed in China this is a no brainer?
I have been increasing my position - 1.2M shares now. I am super confident.
Love not war.....

Indeed, and let’s not forget one of the biggest things that BRES has going for it, that the graphite is so close to the surface (and in some cases sticking out of the ground) that the cost of mining the graphite is dirt cheap. This has multiple benefits including reducing the cost of extraction and that very little cost is needed to actually get the graphite out of the ground.
Completely agree with low risk / high reward. Only question is, how long will BRES be able to go without being acquired? I personally don’t think we’ll get into production without being bought out. Exciting times
Things should get interesting once the Chinese start digging into that graphite test sample, that’s the point we could see investors taking positions as it sounds like it’s almost certain to be very high-quality based on the previous sample test results taken in the US and in Wuhan, China. With a market cap of just £8.9M it’s remarkably still valued lower than some explorers who’ve yet to put a spade in the ground
You have high net worth people and strategic investors willing to pay 5p. They don't pay premiums for no reason and they will have done their due diligence. They are not here for 10-20% - its not worth their time. undervalued. ++
under 5p is a safe bet. GLA
I think it's fair to say that we're under the radar somewhat.
This is a no brainer for investors. Hold and wait
Will defo be topping up when ISA refreshes. What an incredible entry price for new investors...
- Financially backed by US Government
- Network of relationships in key markets
- Supported by local government
- Huge graphite deposit
- Forecasted supply shortage
- Experienced board
- Sub 10M mCAP?????
One point to note is that the investor is already committed to and approved the investment. The prospectus is to satisfy a requirement due to the size of the capital being issued, and not as part of the investors due diligence.
The main question is whether we will find out who the investor is and whether it might be significant enough to show what direction they are heading in with offtakes etc.
Been involved in investment negotiations personally of a considerable scale in oil and gas, as well witnessing other potential investments in other sectors. They almost never go to the timelines planned.
I'll be concerned re the investment if they rns they've withdrawn untill then it's another of bres making progress in my view.
Got this E mail response from MR overnight
"Sadly everything takes time and we’re not always in control of how long to get things done. Investor remains committed at that entry price, we’ll get this done. Meantime we continue to work on DFS using both our own cash plus DFC cash.."
Patience, patience...
Can’t imagine the Prospectus will be a problem as they are fairly routine. There are other companies that have had a similar delay and when Bres said February I did think even then that was quick. Still cheap entry/opportunity if you still believe this is the year for Bres.
I struggle to understand how they could have got the timeframe for the prospectus so wrong, even if the regulator is the delay do we really think the regulator has taken a whole month to respond to a document that really shouldn’t contain and surprises for them.
The 'investor relations' guy has said so but why not update the market about it with an RNS? - is it the time and cost of doing so? I suppose I'm just impatient, I'm also surprised that the 600 tonne bulk sample has only just arrived in China, they had it bagged up for shipping in December, everything seems to take longer than expected, talk about on a slow boat to China.
It is with the regulator so it is out of their hands.
In the current markets of the past 18-24 months - no news is as bad as negative news. It shows with all the positives this has going for it, the delay in prospectus is taking us down.
