…. Me too Eddie , very much so , AB is the man for sure … and I hope that the ‘no intention’ stays wholly unequivocal through to the non-equity funding ! It all sounds very positive going fwd ! 👍🙏
Not really the synonyms I’m finding in the Oxford or Cambridge dictionary’s but sure if that’s what you want to go with PAS, I’ll be the passive one tonight because I’m all good mate and I’m happy with my understanding in regards to my investment to what he’s saying and implying. 👌🏻
‘Unequivocally’…. …. ‘No intention ‘ … ‘Anytime soon’ … is certainly what was said , that is for sure !
The word was unequivocally
Leaves no doubt!
Ok PAS head back to about 7:50ish and go from there to get the full context. It’s absolutely asset funding because a raise simply won’t cover it in any case with the amount he’s allowed to add unless of course he gets an absolute premium against the allotment he can use 🤣👌🏻
There is plenty of cash at bank for corporate activities and he won’t be raising for the drill. He said it in the interview and today at the AGM. He’s a strong cash investor and was against the Feb raise himself but was overruled by those that are now gone.
Put it this way. It was shareholders that removed the last board due to the raise. He’d be raising at his own peril if he did, which he wouldn’t because he’s clearly got other avenues which is simpletons will be privy to in due course.
£20million required for the drill they have a few options, They could either sell a large percentage to one player for a free carry, or they could sell say 3 lots for 10% of the asset. or the Timor gap could tap the wealth fund. Look at how the funding for the drill for Sanasof1 was done. Boil could even list on the Asx to get a bit more interest if they wanted.
Do they really only ban you from one site.?...IMPRESSIVE. admin must be great.now you are only on this site/board? I see your need to post is bordering on the sublime?you have already created another account and are still on Q.B.T. so what happened with the G.S.T. site/board.did the absolute opposite. You spent every minute doing the opposite of what you say you don’t like. You became what you thought was a troll on another board.knock yourself out until you bored. What an absolute shatting tool.x
…: with all due respect , AB says (at 08:45m) …. ‘… that is not the intention’ … doesn’t necessarily rule it out , albeit not sure exactly what he said at the AGM on the subject , haven’t seen any verbatim confirmation either way ?
Message for me meadow. Don’t worry about it. I didn’t need to respond. I just ticked it up 👍🏻
Can anyone translate please
Alright Eddie, hope you are making your riches here, yea cant post on QBT as the trolls throught there toys out the pram and been sending multiple account emails complaining to admin, thats why BrewHaHa and Hexam are busy trolling, dong think it will be long now, you still invested? I have actually bought more on the drop
Nah , you got anything with more spam in it
Yes a variable selection of lse boards, warning, often also contains nuts and cheese.
Curry, Yolks , Sausage , Chips and Spam, sounds like today was a Monty Python sketch.
Give yourself a rest HFB, you are borderline spamming now.
You are also not very brainy, because at these levels of placing, he couldn't raise $20m so it has to be asset level funding, but he's not going to dilute himself through choice. If he has to raise, it will be for a bloody good reason, which I have just shown you, he is telling us, is not going to happen.
Now just hurry up and buy in, you are not going to talk this down any more than it is, it's only going one way.
onwards and upwards.
Sundagas hold license and own 60% of Chuditch currently , Sunda Energy own 100% of Sundagas, deals will be based on selling off part of the Sundagas holding to whom ever Andy decides is giving him the best deal for his future plans, multi asset Asian Gas company.

Small gains for them, whilst the long term holder smashes a big one due to patience.
Lots of interest from Strategic INVESTORS , I know you do not have the grey cells to know the difference but they are Sector players , not placing pump and dump jockeys, make an INVESTMENT , not a quick p&d buck, others include potential offtake companies, again take project level stakes for production in the future.
Neither get to get a piece without PAYING for it. That's without the standard big boy coming in with a JV type deal of a free ride (they pay often 1-3 drills) plus cash , for a large percentage , once more at PROJECT level , not company equity.
Your two to rub together , getting around it yet.
Or
milestone towards drilling the Chuditch-2 appraisal well. We look forward to providing further announcements on the Chuditch PROJECT (Level talking), including with respect to well planning, execution and drill funding.
Snap nidge
Discussions with certain additional parties continue and are progressing forward in line with the board's expectations. These parties include potential strategic investors INTO the Chuditch project (non equity partner or other buy in) and enterprises with an interest in developing and / or taking the gas resources to market.
Bucket shop and broker placings are with non investors, who do not take a bit of the action in a project ever, just pump and dump for a quick investing profit, about as much investors as the pope being muslim or you are as a market muse.

Drill Funding
The Company continues to seek additional funding partners to participate in the drilling of the appraisal well. The recent Farm-Up by TIMOR GAP to a 40% working interest in the PSC, including a 20% paying interest, was an important step in a plan to bring together a strong investment partnership around the Chuditch project, aligned on timely development of gas resources in the interests of Timor-Leste and all other stakeholders of the Company.
Discussions with certain additional parties continue and are progressing forward in line with the board's expectations. These parties include potential strategic investors into the Chuditch project and enterprises with an interest in developing and / or taking the gas resources to market. Whilst there is no certainty of any of the discussions reaching a completed transaction, the level of interest is encouraging, and the Board are confident that there will be no impediment to drilling the Chuditch well on the planned schedule.
