proof have i missed that there`s a placing imminent ? .
the cash position here with all the talk of a placing?. have been looking back through the last rns`s but can`t pin a figure down atm
Agreed the reduction in sp on Friday afternoon doesn't mean that a placing is on the cards, it means more shares were sold than bought for whatever reason. We all know it takes very little to move this share in either direction.
I'm afraid it's not up for question! There will be a placing announced next week. As I said earlier, if the funds are used well, it's a positive IMO!
Blenheim and Nashwan have now updated the terms of the Company's investment, such that the Company has taken unconditional ownership of 30 per cent of the issued share capital of Nashwan, with the consideration, being £200,000 in cash and the issue of 75,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of Blenheim, only becoming payable following the grant of the final exploration licences at both Menianbala and Djidje. £100,000 of the £200,000 cash consideration is to be invested directly into Nashwan by the vendor to fund prospecting and exploration costs, with no dilution to Blenheim's 30 per cent interest
Agree, hence the fall to the back end of the day. Not very savy from the board unless the placing is for another deal.
Definitely something criminal! Those in the know dumping!!! There WILL be a placing announced on Monday! As long as the funds are well spent, I don't have a problem with that! Placing price around today's price, so still a screaming buy IMO!!
Will fly next week.. SL
and I have no reason to change it.Use the options provided by LSE to show your disapproval.I will cease replying to your posts not wishing to cause further offence
I spend most of my life in courtrooms listening to people making excuses for their poor behaviour and choice of words, i've heard it all about 20,000 times before
dress it up as you like, you just strongly implied I am a manipulator and called me a ****** - thats plain wrong and offensive.
will alter nothing due to the scale of the problem.Investors should never part with money based on opinions expressed on a bb.LSE have provided the option to filter individual posters whose opinions may cause offence. The option to report posts is also available.
I had a feeling it might drop a little. But i think it will start rising over the next week or so. It went low enough over the last couple of weeks for day traders to take positions.
Stoned if you read my posts carefully you will see that I am a genuine investor who fully supports BNR. How does alienating genuine investors by calling them ******s assist BNR or the sentiment on this BB ?
= share price manipulation
Dormant account users are my pet hate.We all know they are used by multiple account holders. . To make it clear BNR are an INVESTMENT shell and we take STRATEGIC positions in early stage companies and we can assist them in gaining funding/jv or RTO.We are not here to have placings to fund mining operations but do provide funding for early stage exploration for a share in the exploring companies . I'm not on LSE fishing for compliments but only to give my opinions. We know the markets have an extremely dark unregulated side and I will defend a company as best as I can when I suspect this is happening.I am in no doubt it has been going on in here for some time as I have said on numerous occasions.
haha, You appear to be completely hopeless at picking usernames as well as predicting placings. Go away and do some research
Takes the award for clueless comment of the week . Can't see that being enough to being the lithium online Another fundraising to speed up things . Referring to the cash available . WTF so now it's BNR who are going to pay for the lithium production. . What are these prophets on?
I guess none of us know. I do have a very good feeling about this share though, its by far my largest long-term holding. I made some more small top-ups today taking advantage of the drop. Kodal's rise was very impressive and I think with the lithium as well as IGS, no debt etc and in my view very sound management BNR could do even better.
So another £1m raise... or more Think if it happens will be a big positive Lots of cash in the coffers
Or a RTO there are lots of options for BNR
or investment from elsewhere - which is what happened with Kodal which has adjacent licenses
And an even bigger dump.
Can't see that being enough to being the lithium online Another fundraising to speed up things ...
