To illustrate the point.
Imagine we are all part of a football team. When one of our team scores a goal we all benefit, when one of our team misses a penalty at the World Cup we all drop out the tournament.
We as a group of investors are all connected by a common interest as in we are all invested in a stock together so when one or several large investors buy or sell it affects the entire group!
If we have invested OUR own money into a stock then yes it is OUR business what happens!
Henie sadly my friend our large holders have their own agenda and they have zero concern for you and I.
@ragnarr
so, basically BLU shareholders own 28% of 5.5% of PEN tokens.
will be interesting to see market cap and how reflected in BLU sp once PEN begins trading.
i'll make a p[oint of buying a few PEN tokens, i usually only trade in lager tokens.
Henie - I complete agree with you and I posted about this on here months ago!
When people say it is not our business what these ones do they are frankly talking out of their rear end.
It is every bit our business when we have invested our hard earned money into stocks that are dictated and manipulated by several individuals because they have massive holdings and their actions greatly affect our investment.
The consistent selling here of certain individuals recently collapsed this stock and wiped out much of people’s investment, all because they wanted to chase rainbows else were. Then they come back on here acting like everyone’s best mate.
One individual came on here a month or so ago all apologetic with a lengthy post only to delete the post less than a day later!
Said individual was also ramping this stock on twitter whilst selling down in the background.
I have said this before but our large holders have no concern for anyone else than themselves!
Sadly this is one of the many disadvantages of the stock market!
So in short yes it has everything to do with us because we have money invested here as well which is being wiped out by a greedy minority of selfish investors!
Anyone who says otherwise is an ignorant fool.
Duke -
5.5% of total ie 11,000,000 PEN
0 % AMPE (Amplitude) as this is a community test Parachain and no tokens have been retained
5% AMBR (0Xamber) Amber AMM - Tokenomics not yet disclosed.
I would also suggest that it is reasonable to assume additional token allocations for future Dapps that launch on the pendulum Parachain ( just my assumption)
Hope this hepls
stamp - clearest sign to date that crypto bottom is in (hopefully) which certainlt bodes well gor PEN listing price :-)
Duke -
Total Supply: 200,000,000
Initial Circulating Supply: 15,200,000
Supply at Genesis: 160,000,000
Bitcoin is on a proper tear, ripping right now.
Wouldn't surprise me now if this rockets tomorrow. Despite it not being directly associated with it, there tends to be an indirect correlation between how bitcoin performs and every crypto related asset. Makes sense in many ways, although sometimes in competing areas, the nascent field of defi still requires overall trust in the future of digital Currencies and bitcoin is still be far the biggest.
And despite what certain people may feel about if wasting resources, it simply isn't true anymore in most cases as many bitcoin farms are using green or certainly surplus energy but that's another argument for another forum. The proof of work element of bitcoin is of course what required the vast resources but also my point it is that that ensures and builds on the trust, as it is such a massive investment to build the trusted network in the first place.
Duke,
For some reason I recall them saying 15 million out of the 200 million. Could be wrong but that does ring a bell. Sure Ragnarr will correct if wrong.
Thanks
Yes,this won't hang around in the .20s for too long.Hoping that 1 or 2 of my other stocks come good,v quickly,so i can add more before this really takes off.Feels like the Pendulum launch is just the appetiser
Take comfort in the fact dynasty easily covers current mcap! Good time for those with extra funds to top up whilst we trade sideways for awhile!
We won't be braking anywhere close to the .30 mark when we have a persistent seller around.
Quite annoying really as a hint of Dynasty news last year saw this move into the .50s.
Hit of news on our big investment and it's retracting... very odd.
Thanks
42 million trade popped up from yesterday afternoon.
Maybe the last of Nick's selling for now.
All good.
Thanks
AndrewUK, finally someone with common sense.. i am baffled by what some people write here.
With respect, not really our business what they do though is it (barring of course the need to notify). It’s their money to do with as they please and the consequences aren’t for them to worry about.
Im hoping Pendulum/Satoshi dont wait 144 billion years to make this thing work. I'll be getting on a bit by then!
I understand the argument that you have the right to trade your shares however large your holding but between the two large holders here they control the price. If they sell that is going to effect sentiment as we see today. One is suggesting he was buying yesterday, I look forward to the rns stating so. This should have otherwise been approaching .4 a share right now if not for there influence. Still a exciting share after these factors to be involved in.
144 billion years is the amount of time it took to load a game on the Vic20 too. (though I was a C64 man myself). :-D
yes indeed dukee, fair play to you, at least you have learned from the mistake fella !
investment a harsh game sometimes, you've got plenty left in BLU and with the disruption of the largest market on the planet (FX), you should regain some of your last punt ( or should that be Tint) ;)
all will come good here this Year, and not before time ;)

If anyone used to have a Commodore Vic 20 back in the day, we know how fun they were.
They would be useless for mining bitcoins though of course. How useless ?
With their processing power, it would take approximately 144 billion years for a Vic 20 to mine a single bitcoin.
That blows my mind, but think it also demonstrates the level of energy and work that is going into this brave new world !
Nic Slaters RNS this afternoon relates to selling on the 10th February which is the record date in the RNS. If he continued selling today then we should get another RNS. He still has over 11% so he won’t want to damage the sp further as he has more too lose than anyone.
A very honest assessment Duke. For me two great RNS' today firstly Tony keeping the market informed of developments as should be the case but this news was already built into the share price so wasn't expecting fire works today. The second RNS also to be honest expected as obvious Nick had decided to offload a few of the cheap shares he had picked up but great news they have been absorbed without any negative movement which shows good market confidence. Anyone prepared to leave their money in here for 6-8 weeks should see a decent return those prepared to wait longer however, well that's another story : )
Different this time Pablo.
Hopefully he is done for a while and the sp can run for abit..
Soooo
Its Nick Slater who has been heavily selling.
