This in my view limits the necessity for the begging bowl 🥣 coming out to investors.

Very strong buy on this.

Disappointingly HE1 keep cutting retail shareholders out of placings and offering to “mates” effectively stitching retail holders over.

HE1 will need money hand over fist and until they secure a JV then they will keep coming to shareholders with the begging bowl in hand.

They estimate their blue star acquisition will potentially produce $2 million per annum but that is a drop in the ocean.

Hence why I won’t personally invest in HE1.

Worth watching this interview regarding the government support program.

The CEO admits this is a £1 billion pound project but also says they are working hard to get a JV on board and if they secure government support then it will be truly transformative.

The government at this point are only going to award 2 projects but realistically if the uk wants to meet it’s projections they need to ramp up their game.

More than 2 projects will be given the go ahead in time.

Yes this company doesn’t have a great track record but things can change and they are starting to now.
