Speculative to assume that any SP strength in Euda has anything to do with their prospective acquisition of TheoremX , who in turn may pay the amounts owed to Val based on the almost 3 year old 201 "deal"

PM2022 also reflected KC’s arrogance and disdain for shareholders.

Sean - there is no there way of reading it. The merger and 201 rely on the financing being sorted.

So the elephant in the room is what is going on?

Apparently TRX are past masters at securing funding because apparently according to Dr. Kelvin Chen, Founder and CEO of EUDA. “We believe TheoremRx has strong access to capital”

Something is very wrong here, it doesn’t take 2 and a half years to secure funding when the initial time scale for completion on the LOI was literally a few months…. Not unless there is more to this than we are being lead to believe or Ken is being honest about.

Either way enough is enough and Suzy and the team MUST be honest now about what is going on!

Valirx future ability to raise funding if needed is dependent on transparency.

If 201 was so amazing then Val would be literally beating away the deal offers. My conclusion has been that TRX was the last resort because 201 needs a lot of work etc etc. hence why Suzy keeps saying they are the best partner or more likely they are the only interested party.

Respectfully Jasons email exchange does not really add anything to the mix though does it because as Adrian says they can only reveal what they are allowed to say.

Something is really off with this TRX situation.

“Ken” He must have been the one who told them that funding would be in place before the end of 2021. He is unreliable.

So for Val to rns in the original LOI that the deal would complete in a matter of months would have been based on what Ken told them. Did Val do any due diligence or just take his word for it?

Something clearly went very wrong.

Valirx need to come clean and be completely transparent with what is going on because this situation with 201 is now beyond ridiculous.

How can they expect further shareholder support?

Also with valirx handling this deal so badly it does not bode well or inspire any faith they can get a deal done for anything else such as clx.

I very rarely comment now as there are too many frankly idiotic people on here that want to shoot your opinion down but those are my feelings on the matter.

We need change, transparency and a solid plan of action.

Look at the number of shares in the notifications. The % is impacted by the wider dilution. Looks like they took 55.6m shares in the placing and have added since.
