The BOD have lost investors trust.

I personally don’t see them getting another placing in September or whenever it comes over the line.

I’ll invest on Monday so as to have some voting rights but then going forward serious change is due in order to warrant further investment.

Ask yourself if a company didn’t produce any results after 2 years and 3 months would you be happy, especially considering they claimed originally to get the deal done in a matter of months?

She said based on their communication she was very confident of giving us a significant update before Christmas.

With you in a position of influence and authority on the BOD many would feel very comfortable investing.

All those the that still cling to the hope TRX will come good via a merger or whatever please take a step back and seriously look at the situation objectively.

I believe it will not happen (my opinion).

Said prospectus does not exist, if it did the people on here who love to claim they are more informed etc would not hesitate to gloat by sticking a link on here for all to see and thereby prove irrefutably they are right.

DYOR, i have shared my research with other shareholders outside of this forum, you are not a shareholder, neither are a number of people on here who slate this company,

i'll give you a clue, the funding was not done in Theoremrx's name, (it never would be), it was done within a financial acquisition company that was set up in 2021 and finally funded this year with the funds held in trust for acquisitions and mergers, always DYOR, but to be fair with your valuation of the fund needing to be between $60 and $100m you are correct.

Appears you still have a mole guys and also Andy says himself no one has yet found the prospectus.

Only thing that has been officially confirmed is the merger with EUDA & Theoremrx and Val stating As initially announced on 2 November 2021, VAL201, the Company's clinical asset for prostate cancer, remains subject to the Letter of Intent with TheoremRx Inc.

Anything else such as Jwallows nonsense and speculation about funds being released on merger is speculative at best.

The maturity levels that I’ve witnessed here over the last two years that has been demonstrated by the majority is playground stuff you would expect to find at a primary school.

Name calling, abuse, trash talk, personal attacks, trying to discredit people based on their previous investment decisions, trying to insinuate that someone lives near one of the company bod members etc etc are pathetic and it just demonstrates what kind of people you really are.

Jwallows - if theoremrx have the funds raised that they pre agreed with valirx then they should be paid over as per the LOI that Val had in place with theoremrx. This LOI was between Val & Theoremrx NOT between EUDA theoremrx & val.
