13% rise yesterday in last hour 5% today and the chatter here is virtually non existent funny.
maybe folks are stunned into silence and eager anticipation for friday
11p over there
Eerily quiet here since yesterdays 13% pop
Some decent buys late pm today
Big jump and expecting a big week close let's see
“Nice close. Wasn't expecting that, was just expecting consolidation around 8 for a little while longer before carrying on up but we will take it lol”
Why would you not expect that? The liquidity in this share is poor. Anybody who wants to buy / sell decent amounts will move the price considerably. That is the stupidity of people talking of the bid / ask in a way that suggests that they have some insight into the direction of the share.
If this share gets onto the radar of more small investors on the belief that the granting of a concession is likely (say more talk from the government), then with poor liquidity the SP is likely to jump up aggressively. Also with some negative talk you might see a big jump down.
There is nothing mystical or conspiratorial about any of this. Basic trading.
A sense of anticipation somewhere ? The Wulf can move fast at times !
Nice close. Wasn't expecting that, was just expecting consolidation around 8 for a little while longer before carrying on up but we will take it lol. :)
WTF??
Pmsl.
HI 3card, no, the Government's position on mining has nothing to do with Kurt's performance. He has been exemplary in his approach throughout our period of waiting, consistent, sensitive, respectful and smart, regardless of how the Government of the day has been made up, no matter what policies or agenda, hidden or otherwise, the powers that be may have adopted. Good point about pressure to bring the recent Governmental change, but that has come from the wider. Meanwhile, our boss has been getting on with business for us, the JV secured being another positive achievement while we wait on Sweden to start moving towards the beginning of its potential. Lol.
Thanks rick - yes, nearly 10% up over there at an equivalent 10p. Clearly a more liquid market over on the Aktie.
Something of a recovery in Sweden but we are lagging as per.
Don't get too excited, here's some of the Swedish bull***te we've had to endure, and to be fair they are pretty good at it.
"Welcome to explore in Sweden.
The legislation provides favorable conditions for those who wish to engage in geological exploration.
The country’s mineral legislation is clear and transparent.
Government stability and transparency are two important factors in such an unpredictable and global industry as ours.
Swedish law is clear, and in combination with our service and commitment, we are able to offer a short permitting process."
If nothing changes things stay as they are. Is this a new beginning, who knows?
Don't get too excited, it's just another investment.
Hi Eric. Not sure, but your post almost seems to link the government's new position on mining to Kurt's performance. Surely the change , due to a change in the government makeup, is more in part due to the pressure from majors and Sweden dropping down the international mining table.
I do agree with you though that we now seem to have much to be positive about.
Regardless of current sp fluctuations I feel it is pretty exciting now anyway, if only because Kurt's careful approach throughout the entirety of this concession saga, well, it surely means we've got the Government cornered. They must deliver. The new Minister seems a different prospect for us than Mr Baylan was, but in case he isn't, Kurt has all the evidence he needs to fight the good fight. In my opinion.
I'd be happy with a steady day today. Sweden trading up at 9.6p equivalent at the moment, so I'd expect us to continue to track up gently.
it should be.
