I have not made it up at all.
I have used six and a half years of evidence to deduce it. patterns have repeated so often, it isn't such a stretch to believe Baylan will manipulate the revision of the application process to provide himself with an excuse to continue to make no decision.
I hold steadfastly to my mantra - can't say no, won't say yes.
"4. At that point, all outstanding applications, including Kallak will be subject to this new procedure, and, as such, the application will effectively be back to square one, as if the past six and a half years have been irrelevant."
You don't know that would happen you just made that up....but I must admit something similar has already happened to us with the Norra Karr business. But the purpose of the new legislation is to speed up the process and if the body empowered to make the decision was the SGU then they could just fast track outstanding applications. In my dreams of course but a dream is at least on a par with a nightmare.
Should that be the outcome of an annoucement of being back in the queue... its got to go legal and they probably know it.... KB has said this on numerous occasions.... look out for a yes with conditions on 27th or KB lets the legal guns loose on them.... that stops swedish government dilly dally tactic.... some time soon its a mine or a court case.....
GLA
the way l see the government is acting is to protect it self from legal claims from beawulf of which beawulf would win in any court of law with costs amounting to a billion ", what they really want is kalak to be run by there government but they cannot do that either because of conflict of interest which would also end up in the courts " l believed this was the case when l posted 3 years ago and l still do , what they need to understand is that beawulf will not be going away any time soon,l think Kurt should give it another 3months then he should go legal or start the process at least.
1. In his ministerial position for 10 months now and has done nothing with the Kallak application.
2. The promised review of the application procedure should now have been completed.
3. If it has, I would expect Baylan to use the mining conference at which he is due to speak on 27 November to announce the new fast track ( ha ha ha ) procedure as a major achievement which he can put his name to.
4. At that point, all outstanding applications, including Kallak will be subject to this new procedure, and, as such, the application will effectively be back to square one, as if the past six and a half years have been irrelevant.
5. This would disguise the government’s indolence and arrogance and create the illusion of progress.
And it's not just us...there are five outstanding cases gathering dust.
Ylivainio criticizes the Prime Minister of
Sweden ÖVERTORNEÅ.Linda Ylivainio (C) is not satisfied with Stefan Löfven's (S) response on the handling of the extracted mining permits.

In a post on Facebook on Friday, the MP from Övertorneå writes that the Prime Minister does not give any information about Laver, Kallak and three other cases that "collect dust on the Ministry of Trade and Industry."
"Yesterday at the Prime Minister's Question Time, I tried to answer him for my eternal question: when will his government start deciding applied processing concessions.
During the question time, Stefan Löfven (S) replies: "There are mainly two conflicting interests here. One is that we should have the most efficient use of our natural resources as possible, which is why we are reviewing that legislation, to get it But you have completely different interests that want to take greater account of the environment and the environmental impact that it actually entails and which stands on a completely different side, where we have two opposing interests, they must be allowed to work together. minerals and have been endowed with forest as well. We must utilize our natural resources, in the best way possible. But we must also bring these two opposing interests together and find a solution that suits both. "
Linda Ylivainio writes further:
"I'm getting ****ed. This industry deserves better. Soon it's too late."
NSD is looking for Linda Ylivainio. The Prime Minister's press secretary refers the matter to Minister of Industry Ibrahim Baylan (S). His press secretary Sara Khatemi tells NSD that they do not want to comment further on the matter.
If I may copy your post SlowBig Turner and thanks:
"The date should be set for the special examination that should come after the received KU notification for the processing of delaying BK application (s) and which ministers or ministers in this case are called for KU interrogations.
Or is it that the notification will only lead to a so-called general audit with an administrative focus. KU then only goes through the documents, for example from the Government Offices, to see if the government followed laws and practices in the handling of the government affairs and report accordingly.
This treatment should also not be allowed to run out of time ..."
Patience = denial of reality.
Patience
Before the summer said Kurt Budge.
How the Sami and the Swedish bureaucrats must have cried tears of hilarity into their herring broth.
You are now firmly camped in territory which cries out that there will be no decision on Kallak whilst the Beowulf name is above the door.
It could not be clearer. Pretending to engage whilst doing nothing has been the hallmark for years.
Kurt is happy to pick up his £3k a week plus wads of shares for sitting on his hands.
My son was out of work for a couple of months a few years back and worked harder than Budge during that time for his £70 a week job seeker’s allowance.
Budge, Farm and the Swedish advisory board are, in essence colluding with the Swedish government in spectating and applying zero pressure.
It has been this way and will continue indefinitely in this way.
I know the die hard s will refuse to believe this, but these are the facts.
Thanks Andy. Kurt must push Baylan further then, if he is to bring our wait to an end. The priority being given to the application by the Government is now into its seventh month. Unbelievable.
Can you imagine if it hadn't have been prioritised? Would we see any difference? Lol.
dog"ouster,/ you are some thick dog your posts read as if you have distemper " l think you need to go to the vets,
... and why we're still waiting:

Hoping so Maddog. It's about time Kurt turned the screw. It's getting on my pip now.

Suzy its looks like Manro is right. Except, who are you, to try prevent people make comments here?
lbjj, being so smart guy are you really just now began to suspect that this could be a scam, and not immediately after Clive S-P has left his post? After all, if it were otherwise, then why did he have to leave such a promising company that discovered such a rich iron ore deposit, especially in such a civilized country like Sweden? The country which also has such an excellent business environment when for more than six years they have been spitting on the company's management. And this management is behaviing as there are no any spittings and because everything is OK continues to draw money from gullible shareholders, telling them different tales and fables.
Maybe everything is OK Suzy2 but something is telling me that most likely you are trolling here. And reporting it is not challenging and I will continue to post what I like and when I want. Is it clear, dear?
The censor doesn't like the waste produced from smelting ore... so read gals from the right
Thank you Manro, I wish you the best of luck in MATAD too but I wont stand by and let libellous comments go unchallenged, ....this is a binary gamble and we all know that, no need to ****g off investors who have chosen to run with it.
Dear Suzy, I think you are very clever too. But I am wonder how it happens that you don't know till now that bitter truth is better than sweet lie. I wish many of Bemers here including you the best of luck. But unfortunately I just do not belivie its going to happen in foreseeable future :-)).
