Ojay, just such disbelief in our own strengths and rights that creates the situation when we turn into passive creatures and humbly wait for someone to be kind and supportive of us. And then we are wondering why they have treated us so badly. But in reality not they but we ourself treat disrespectfully, because even without try we are saying it is impossible. A weak but unfortunately very common position amongst shareholders. Except nobody and never any BOD at AGM is taking into account how multiple investors who hold a minimal amount of shares are going to vote.

Ojay, if I am correct Petrovis has 23% of PM's share issued and probably 7% to 8% the BOD. So, there is no problem even with the 67% of majority. While I am not sure if it is needed for force management to fulfil its prime duties or even compensate our losses via share awards and this time to us as, and not to themselves as usual.

Why we all go around and ask the same questions what to do when such a quite effective and justified offer was already made, if I am not mistaken by Manro. Who offered to convene an extraordinary AGM, put demands, vote for them and force the management to fulfil them. What is wrong with such proposition and what could be better than it if could act as join forces?

Doesn't seem to you that you are looking exactly like an idiot thinking that Mongolian Prime Minister could not resolve this or any other trivial issue, regardless of which structural unit of the government is engaged in this? And, secondly, are you holding for some position in the PM? If not It is very strange to read your posts where every time you do not just defend Mike, but exalt him, clearly losing all connection with the real state of affairs in the company. Or do you getting additional rewards for exalt?

Good advice advice Ojay to which you must follow yourself first. I think Manro is right to be critical and against all of those who are constantly and inordinately praises this BOD and Mike. And not even realising that this management sitting comfortably in their places either in Mongolia or London or perhaps in Singapore, perceive all investors as fools. Whom they can ignore for months and not inform or report on their work in any way. Except regular announcements of getting share rewards for doing nothing.

Good decision Ojay. But I am pretty sure that you will receive the same meaningless answer as many others. That Exploitation Licence application is currently making its way through the approval process and in Operational Update in March they expect it will take a number of months for the Government to go through its review procedures. And further updates concerning the process and timing of the Exploitation Licence will be disclosed to the market when appropriate. In the end of the message they will thank you as a valued and patient shareholder who foolishly waiting so long without knowing that they also doing nothing except pocketing your money. Lol

Totally agree with you. It is real shame and disgrace when after 7 years of gross failure in his work he is showing now a greed and unbridled desire to become richer at the expense of investors as if nothing had happened. Any CEO who respects investors or even himself should, if not refuse, then at least significantly downplay such a completely shameful self-reward.

Totally agree with you Hamm. Some stupid people have appointed himself here as a guru and it seems to them that we have nothing more to do than read their so often strange comments or follow their stupid advice.

Sorry too, Ojay but perhaps we are here just for your well being through the communication with others. Imagine if there was no one else and you would only communicate with yourself. Manro is right and writes the truth. And if so, the truth cannot discredit anyone. Could you imagine that getting an exploitation license could take so long that the company will lose the entire drilling season this year or that the company's capitalisation will drop to such a low level after oil discovery? I personally did not imagine this either.
