Thanks Eric, just finished another one and I've learned to crochet, it's very calming. Don't know how many I've made, at least fifty and I've made a lot of extra leaves. Not a bad week on the news front, bit longer for the decision but at least we know a bit more and it's all looking OK, moved up a little in Sweden. Have a nice weekend. Nighty night. X
Evening Sooz and Bans. It’s not been a great week again for us re the sp, but it’s been steady at least. We now have a Vardar update though, pleasing, albeit the future with that project is still open to debate, as in, whether we’ll keep it or sell it on. The same could be said of all projects of course, but Ed is at least giving a clearer picture of the importance of the Finland and Kallak assets to the market. Green transition and all for the EU. We have the good stuff and lots of it, kind of thing. Lol.
Interesting chat between you re the poppies. Whatever the view, the poppies are an important reminder of our past. Sooz, I bet the display you’ve been working on looks wonderful. Definitely worthwhile. Nice to incorporate the different coloured flowers as well.
Anyhow, enjoy your weekend both.
😂 ... I'm off the soapbox & back in the chair watching the cricket ... all the best ...
Afters Eric 👍
It was a very good effort.
I should say that I believe most hate wars and all it brings but unfortunately wars will always cost lives whether that's with a bullet, bomb or other military or aggressive means .... wars of trade can be equally life threatening if that trade starves the needy or weak of required funds, materials or medicines .... unfortunately it's a fact, in my opinion, that humanity uses either religion, greed or prejudice to inflict loss, hardship or both on each other for their own personal views or pocket
Until humanity either wipes itself out or grows up to the extent that dialogue & global equity is preferred over death & suppression this will remain the case, again in my opinion, wearing or displaying simply pays homage to the lost & suffering not the greedy or pious zealotic extremists (of all religions past or present) that caused it.
Crikey I need to go and lie down now
What will it take is a good question...to turn our swords into ploughshares?
Different views is a good thing...otherwise freedom of speech is just meaningless, isn't it.
Thanks Bannor...It helps a bit but it's still got a bit of a crack and I think it's time to rethink the meaning of it, perhaps that's why we've now got white poppies and purple ones mixed in with the red.. WWI's last survivor, Harry Patch said:
"Too many died. War isn't worth one life
..... but that's just me I'm sure others may hold other views .... all the best
Morning Suzy,
Don't know if it helps or not but the poppy represents those who have lost their lives to war so for me it is a mark of respect to lost war souls rather than a glorification of those who would promote or use it for any purpose or reason.
Morning Bannor, glad it was nice and sun shiny for you yesterday...how unexpectedly things can turn out.
Morning All. Have a nice weekend, I'm helping to put up a poppy display and it's very beautiful but I feel a bit uncomfortable with it in these present times, does it glorify war. We've got white poppies and purple poppies mixed in , gives you something to think about
... absolutely glorious day where I am Suzy2 .... Lovely sunny fresh autumnal day so far ....
Enjoying life & the pain (or not) of waiting is for some peeps based on time spent on time served & SP average I'm very comfortable here on both counts in that respect although clearly not the same for everyone 🤪
Keep the faith .... Afters Eric
The recent flurry of RNS activity is no more than a weak attempt to justify the existence of activity ahead of the imminent cash call.
The Kallak RNS was simply an administrative tidying up of the geography identified long ago.
Vardar, almost a full year n from giving them another £250k on top of the £3m already squandered, and they’ve managed to fly a drone around and dress up the paltry effort as”encouraging” It is not significant in any way.
Back to sleep zzzzz
The Sami appeal decision is months away, if not a year or more, and Sweden will be gearing up for yet another election before long.
People ask why no movement in the SP, other than downwards. Come on, nothing is happening really is it?
Smoke and mirrors.
Just wondering if anyone has any idea when the next fundraising is (pres via calculating how much cash in the bank and how long that'll tide BEM over to?).
Geopolitics is sooo important in mining (I get the ST/LT investor thing, but ST investors are only in for a quick buck which is pointless target for a company to chase, so redundant as far as I'm concerned). I don't have any spare cash but if I had, I'd probably be placing a bet here for the graphite. (Kallak still looks ok to me but now looks like a bonus rather than the main play, and I'm wondering if the board are seeking political advice for a plan B?). The deposit in Finland is fantastic for the free world. I can't see any political resolution with China in the near-mid future which basically puts BEM into a seller's market with that deposit. I'm not aware of any such high quality, well placed and large deposits that could compete. Has anyone else? If the board play this well, you guys (not me as I don't have cash to invest) will see a fantastic return on current SP. It really is a very important deposit from what I can see, and will help balance risk towards the positive in any mining company's portfolio as far as I can see. Not often I provide a positive view. I know a lot of long termers here have had a stressful time, but really, it's great for you that BEM have got that graphite deposit! Astounding in fact!
PS Except that it isn't a secret, everybody knows what we're waiting for.
Morning Eric...enjoy your bit of a rest...weather's awful, you'll have to find a good book.. not easy. X
PS Must say I love rocks. ✨
Morning All. Well, it's good to hear something of Vardar, even if it's a bit technical...it's still a promising work in progress.
Wimbledon? nah, not me. Wots you'll have to do it, I'm content at the moment with a well kept secret

So Kallak hearing needs input from the govt for a decision
China arent exporting Graphite
Vardar have positive results
Thats all 3 areas.....What the flip will it take to get this share price to move.
Perhaps we need Suzy2 to Streak across Wimbledon common and wake people up..:-)
I appreciate all your comments Eric, have a great day my friend.. I'm just a bit dazed and fed up with it all now, it's like a white noise reading these RNS...good luck all.
I’ve had enough now, someone else can post for a while.
Good day to you all.
It hasn’t been six months since we were told about it, we know it’s approximate, but don’t know when it began. I’m trusting we’ll have a concluding RNS re the end of the review.
Ed may not be as concerned about the state of the current sp as existing shareholders are, because he’s made no mention of it so far. We must trust he will be working on raising the sp prior to the next fundraise, or it won’t be pretty. News on the Court decision on Kal will be a biggie, one way or another. A positive biggie before the next fundraise is what I pray for. Lol.
Hi SJ. The RNS isn’t disappointing, but relative to our circumstances it kind of is, if that makes sense. I feel it needs a company with an abundance of cash reserves to give it a real crack. The licence areas are whoppers.
So far, Ed has done no better than Kurt in raising the sp, he’s only used different words. No project really has a clearly defined timescale for future stages of work. It’s still pretty loose. Is the six month review over with, now that we’ve had these updates on each project, or will we formally be informed when it’s over with? Dunno.
Watching and waiting.
Yeah I agree Eric, I'd be annoyed if they spent money there and we have to do a placing earlier to carry on progressing kallak and Finland. Bit disappointing unless they follow if with a JV or spin off. All is forgiven if they hit world class grades as that will shoot the SP up. But We tried that and the grades were poor. How many times can you keep trying?
