It could be either of those things...The Green Party or LKAB or maybe both.
and their apparent stand on Kallak, is contrary to EU policy? Something more going on?
AGREED 100% theyre trying to protect LKAB control!
STINKS
Morning. AndyDuFresne, it pains me to disagree with you on that. The Greens have become somewhat of a patsy re Kallak. Kallak’s ore is of low impurity (it’s very clean). It is EU policy to increase the supply of iron ore from Nation’s within the EU, for its member states to make steel. This, with the objectives to make the EU more green, and secure, re iron ore. The demand for high-grade iron ore in the EU, and across the globe is greater than current supply.
The Greens have a worth, less than 4% of public support, so why then are they allowed to dictate policy, when the above facts sits with the greens founding principles, and their apparent stand on Kallak, is contrary to EU policy? Something more going on? As for Baylan, his worth is about 4p imo. No, the problem here is daisy-boy Lofven, who should as PM dictate Government policy, and kick his Minister’s arse down the road when an independent report embarrasses the Government over its failings in respect of a leading industry. Imo only. atb
Only in your opinion.
Post of the year and it's only January. "jumping the gun" What? After 8 chuffing years.....
UNESCO irrelevant.
The KU report has already been shown to have no teeth.
It's the job of people who are elected and they're doing a good job at the moment, Mrs Modig has a mandate and she'll pursue it in the Riksdag I'm sure of that. We're all jumping the gun here anyway waiting for an answer to the letter to UNESCO which must have been sent at least two months ago...that will be the crunch point. You're too impatient. Lol.
Your opinion but I think its the wrong one what voice have you got that even gets heard except here?
Stuff dignity.......... baylan has shown where his dignity lies his a slippery snake
I said why...it's not dignified and it's not the job of shareholders to lobby the government, they couldn't care less about us, we're only investors before they get out money and then we turn into filthy capitalists.
Sorry for two posts..the Postman came.
why not Suzy?
Your post "youre not cut out for this?" wtf does that mean
Topsharepicks...you're not cut out for this ...and I wont be twittering Baylan, it's undignified and I don't think he has any control over this anyway. i agree with you Andy, that's about it...no reply yet from UNESCO according to Play on Avanza. I'm staying cool about it...the company has got the money to press on and that's what we'll do.

six and a half years in post and the one thing he inherited and which is why the company exists, is still no nearer a conclusion.
His performance, or lack of, is what installs doubt. Wake up!
So cute - I've said it before; your role here is trying to install doubt in the CEO, since he's got an enormous amount of skill compared to the CEO before him and that scares the anti-mining brigade.
It hasn't worked out well for you though, and it won't in the future either.
Everybody knows that the greenies being in the Government is the problem for Kallak, solve that and the mine gets its green light (and perhaps the UNESCO-question will solve that in 2021).
anyone else? i thought sweden was supposed to be fun its clearly boring............
Even their politicians are boring............... They need someone like Trump.
someone give me some excitment here please. LOL
A survivor..........
Surviving by not making decisions which he is employed to make. That has a short shelf life.
makes him a selfish loser..........
The CEO spent the final 4 months ( his words ) of 2020 organising the placing, and mounting an unconvincing PR campaign trying to sell the company as a multi resource opportunity to investors.
Now he has the £6m cash pile, thanks to desperate and crazily loyal private investors, and a continuing impasse on Kallak, he is nowhere to be seen, other than the odd and increasingly embarrassing cut and paste interview with some nobody who gets a handful of YouTube views.
When is he going to fulfil the role of CEO and deal with the swedes in a businesslike and effective manner?
Or is he going to fritter away the £6m as he has done before and come crawling back for more when it’s gone, without progress on the only reason the placing was a success - Kallak.
Please do not engage with the content of this post if all you have to say is Kurt is doing a great job and what more can he do. Doesn’t wash with me.
That doesn't make him a fool in my book. Makes him a survivor
Everyone complaining about this fool but he just keeps drawing his salary
Jobs lost to Finland and criticism of Baylan

People got excited about Thursday because its like the first day we could potentially expect anything of the Swedish government. Tomorrow they will be planning their weekend so its pretty much the only day with potential to get news. Somehow I doubt it will be today. Glass becoming half empty.
