No, it's not a shame. For any BEM investor to do so on there is a poor show and that kind of behaviour only puts us in a bad light, in my opinion. His Twitter thread is not a sounding board for disgruntled shareholders here. This bb is, as is contacting Kurt if necessary, but not hijacking Baylan's Twitter threads. He is a Government Minister and his tweets are for official info only in keeping with his duties.
Only my view.
Good
Shame only a few posted on his Twitter thread
This implies Baylan is coming under some pressure for his delaying tactics ?
Copied from Dagens Industri-not sue about the translation! Moderates: Late support should be illegal – Baylan KU reported
Jerky announcements and a slow handling of business subsidies may violate the law, according to the Moderates, who now choose to KU-notify The Minister of Economic Affairs Ibrahim Baylan.
Indeed, he must feel the heat
this is good news
I've sent Lars an email. Will post here when he replies :) Seems weird to already report him again but who knows
Baylan KU reported again? Anyone know more about this? Was published yesterday evening

I make it 2810.
Morning all.
added to the last 2920 days LOL
Suzy re 13.58.
Well that's the answer then. Baylan is waiting for the answer from UNESCO, so that he can forward Kurt's information to them to see if that makes any difference to their original answer, yet to be issued. Got it now.
Its a good post
Wotitsworth...I've got 500 snowdrops to plant before dark...if you read Treetop's 13:39 again, it's got a clue in it.
‘communicated’
Anything you say Suzy. Enjoy your evening.
But then again, actually...for the sake of getting it right...we're not waiting for UNESCO to answer the Government, we're waiting for the Government to make a decide about our Application.
;-)
OK, Wotitsworth...I wont say it. :-)
Apologies Suzy, yes acknowledged.
Same question though. After a further 6 weeks, whats going on.
Please don't say we are waiting for unesco to answer the government.
Kurt didn't write to UNESCO...the Government wrote to UNESCO, Kurt supplied the Government with information that would be useful..an extract from his letter:
"To ensure Unesco has the best possible knowledge of the circumstances in the case for establishing a sustainable mining operation at Kallak, we hereby provide you and Unesco with some further information."
Agreed.
The last time Kurt followed up was his letter to UNESCO 6 weeks ago.
How long do you think it should be before the follow up letter that says "What the **** is going on guys, we are trying to manage a business, just answer the damn question"
Obviously not literally..
We've all got an issue with that..the timeline, because there isn't one.
Kurt knows Unesco is an irrelevance, Baylan knows it is an irrelevance and most shareholders know it is an irrelevance. The question is when this is raised in Parliament and the swedish media and exposed as the stalling tactic it is ? Kurt is playing their game to reinforce BEM image as a responsible, beyond reproach company to justify the license. He is feeding Baylan every reason to justify his forthcoming decision to grant the license to mine because they all know the s***storm that Swedish eco campaigners will release. This has to the final stalling tactic in the game to my mind.
It isn't 'nuts' Wotitsworth...it's politics, it's deliberate and premeditated.
Read it Suzy, and read it again. Not word for word but the general idea.
Perhaps its just the timeline I am having an issue with. Such time to answer such a simple question, which as Kurt has pointed out, was never even applicable.
