Howl. Aye, on the morning of the 6th, give old Bayls a quickie phone call to say: "Our response was in the post two weeks ago, you should have it by now. Unfortunately we used Hermes, who may or may not be allegedly total crap. Just in keeping with your referral to UNESCO. But Bayls, swings and roundabouts me old son."
Agreed re the attachment of conditions. I wouldn't be surprised if the inner circle dweebs responsible for this eight year delay now grant the concession and then attempt to make our project impossible to operate by adding a billion conditions, none of which should be added, but hey, that doesn't matter. Lol.
At least we still have the fire in our bellies for this fight. Politics and money so far, as you say, no legals yet, but I can almost hear the sound of white spinny wigs being donned and a gavel in hand held by the biggest spinny wig of all.
We love it don't we? Lol.
Atb.
Evening.. Eric, a part of me want’s KB to phone Baylan on the morning of the the 6th September, to inform him that the response is “forthcoming”! I feel sure that won’t happen.. To be honest with you, I really don’t give a flying as to who could leak what to who.. The proposals have the backing from the MI, and The CEO has said that it’s not a matter for UNESCO.. No going back on that! So, the objectors may politely ram their comments – regardless, imo.. As you know, my concern is, re any condition(s) attached to any award.. Hopefully, the Mining study report will cut through the “indirect”/other BS concerns, and get things moving now.. If that is to be exspected, then lets sell that to all who is watching with interest, as soon as KB is ready, and take the initiative with Kallak.. If the study won’t help to seal the deal, then why submit at this time? We are not yet into any Legals, so it’s all about money and politics, Baylan is not doing well at either at this time, from what I can see.. Imo only, only imo lol.. atb……
Chute, that seems reasonable. I feel we've had enough leaks over the last few years, the sp suffering because of them. We only have to look at the current sp to know that things have yet to go our way.
Afternoon Aug. I kind of see where Chute is coming from really, and we should concentrate only on what we are doing, in relation to our deadline for comment. It doesn't matter whether we are accused of this or that if we lodge our comments on the last day of the deadline, because that date has been set by the Government. Kurt has mentioned that it won't take that long, fair enough, but if it does then great. For tactical reasons perhaps, either early or bang on the last day. We already know that our proposed mining project is green and falls miles outside of the World Heritage Site, so the Sami may even welcome us stalling on lodging our comments, as it allows them more time to cherish what they see as theirs, all lands, even though they ain't. Not exclusively.
Something like that, in my opinion only. Lol.
Baylan, and not Biden - both are toast lol
Chuteless, The risk then is, perhaps others could make the claim that the objectors comments could have been leaked to BEM?.. We have been told that the proposals are legal.. KB/BEM have kept professional throughout the process, and if the mining study report is as good as we all hope/expect, then Biden has to deliver. Get it in asap.. Leave nothing to chance! Imo only.. atb….
If it was me I'd wait until the morning of the 6th to reply as then there can be no "accidental" leak to the Sami to then give them ammunition in their response. I don't believe this request for UNESCO comments is limited to BEM and nothing is going to be done by the government until after the submission date
IMHO
Chute
Mobile 365 nice to see a positive post let’s hope you are right,
Hopefully he will be waiting on the independent kallak report just a bit more meat on the bone to add in our case.
Evening,, ibjj, maybe KB doesn’t want to be accused of, as being “premature”! Or maybe he will deliver, when he thinks it is best! ..atb………
On 15 July in the BRR Media interview, Budge was asked about responding to the UNESCO report by 6th September. His very dismissive response was “ it won’t take that long to reply “
Well where is it then?
It should have been ready in June. Budge has turned into a ( not very good ) BS merchant.
Very little of what he says has credibility.
In January, he said he was looking forward to a very busy and exciting year!!!
When will it begin, I wonder?
:-))))))))))))))))
Still with us then DOG. I see it's only taken you 9 days to respond to my post. I assume you had help reading it.
It seems no one is interested in your rubbish shaggy braggy maybe time to move some other place and troll ? LOL .
Some interesting avenues of speculation being explored on the Swedish board recently...and this is the one that's my current choice, if I may quote from Howdy: "maybe it's meant to tire out the company?" Yes, that'll do. Lol.
Whatever happened to the scoping study that was supposed to of been completed by June? Very quiet on all fronts at the moment. Oh well, this time next year.... Lol
Concession first...absolutely!
Afternoon.. Suzy2, yes I’m sorry! With regard to any future BEM partner, for me/us, the actual % take of JIMAB, for a capital inject is, all - important.. Needless to say, any Hybrit and/or Green steel partnership, could sit well with many – politically.. However, Its “Concession first”, then BEM gets to decide on what is fair value from the then available options, to take us forward.. Algebra is good! Lol.. Imo only. atb….
Morning Aug...I'm useless at algebra. Lol.
Morning.. Suzy2, % ??? :-) atb…
Aye Sooz, I like the sound of that. A couple of potential handy doorstep partners for us, if the Swedish Government has the courage. x
Evvening Aug and Eric...some speculations are good and some not so good..lol. Hybrit Green Steel partners that would be exciting.
Nighty Night. xx
Well Aug, we can speculate as to whether she is. Lol.
Evening.. Suzy2, “Just too many areas of speculation”.. Yes, I think you are right! atb……..
Fair comments Rick, I believe Sweden has been rather smug about its political structure and has been living off past successes. That can attract political parasites who say the popular words and posture but achieve zero effect. Coming home to roost if they fail to listen.
