Morning Suzy. Best of luck to us.
Yes, well, enough to get the enviro permit submitted and that's the most important thing. The Appeal is still pending and that will change everything. Well done everyone who managed to throw in a bit.
Yes, because of the underwriting we are ok. Still have the Sami Appeal hanging over us while trying to raise this money. This has been mentioned previously, but couldn’t we have held off with the raise until after that? No, because we still don’t have a firm date for when that verdict will come, only a loose timescale, after waiting for more than two years now since the concession was granted.
It’s all a bit unsavoury really.
Though I do agree it is a poor uptake from retail investors.. and who can blame them. good job they had the underwriting commitments.
Going bust... lol. It still has £4 million enough to complete the PFS and submit an enviro permit. Alot will change after that, and hopefully the state of the junior market.
Considering the discount.. That is not good at all.
Going bust :(
Gross proceeds from the primary bid offer was £0.29 million. Dreadful.
Cash raise could have been worse. Sort of medium.
IMO
Hi Wots. Yep, I did buy a few under the Offer in the end, on the last night before it expired. What I could afford, but I wanted the cash to go to BEM. We need it.
Good luck to you, and to us all.
Roller..not a huge fan of hummus tbh. I prefer baba ganoush.
Olly the chump.. I will see this making 5p before I find you humorous.... haven't you got a job you should be doing..
I'm lovin it lovit it lovin, I'm lovin it like this. Anyone else think this share might reach 1p some time?
Yup. Hopefully will never see these SP levels again
Good afternoon Wots...tomorrow or round about the next few days we should know how it went.
Good morning all. Hope everyone has bunged a few quid in for the cash raise..... Hopefully court result soon, which if not positive, you have to ask why licensea are still being issued.. Then at least back to a few p 🤞
Good luck to us all and good health..
Jonny, yes, true. Lol.
You never know, for once in recent memory, we may have a good year. A pleasant shock to our system as shareholders.
Just looking back in here, and seeing many familiar names. Always interested in BEM, and as with many junior miners, another capital raise. Can I just check (having scrolled through and researched but not found the answer), this raise for approx £8m covers running costs for just the next 12 months? That's what the information folder says. Of course, Grafintec will produce revenue in 2027, so three years from now, there'll be an excellent revenue stream from there, and possibly better news on Kallak. But also, presumably, another two fund raises? And that is only for costs to get it to project start line for Grafintec. An amazing upside should BEM continue to manage to raise funds to that point in time. Personally, I like Ed. But his track record isn't stellar. At least he isn't a pure geologist though. GLA
Yes Eric, I dare to venture I think we agree - the quality of the Kallak deposit and the quality of the BEM management have been inversely proportional.
I didn’t have as many shares then and have always said that I’d hang around to see if the mine was either developed or sold. So I have done Olly.
But you never did. I'm assuming you were in this when the share price was circa 80p? And youre still here at 0.65p. Are you ok?
Hi Jonny. Fair comments those. Yes, some of us felt Kurt was caught out when the concession decision came. There didn’t appear to be any immediate plan in place to act on the good news and springboard the other two projects at the same time. Of course, he may have expected an immediate Sami Appeal, which is exactly what occurred, so this would have hampered progress at Kal anyway. Well, it has done, and two years later the sp is utterly dreadful.
Wise to perhaps hold off then, to see if big Ted can find a way to monetise the Company before long. Including a sale of one or more of the assets, bringing in cash to BEM from the sale of Vardar perhaps.
But we just don’t know yet. Court decision still looming large of course.
Have to see eh? 🤔
Olly , no matey. The thing is to quit when you are up!
There's no way this company is going anywhere. If anything the guys that run it should be in prison the way they have stolen investors funds, probably using it to buy whisky and cigars.
Eric, I think you should quit whilst you're down :-)
