I’m not convinced the late trade yesterday was a sell, in fact I think it was a buy. I was getting prices throughout the afternoon was was consistent quoted 778 ish to sell a similar volume. At no point was I offered 800

If the BOD thought that we were in for a 1bn ish deal, lets say £100 per share to keep the numbers easy, why did they put the warrants at £8, wouldn’t £20 have been enough?? that would have sent a completely different message to us shareholders.

ps PR getting 300k is still utterly immoral though

I try not to post opinion as i dont like to get drawn in to arguments however I’m effing furious.

1. If Vlad is about to deliver great ROI to investors did he really need to price the options at £8. If this is worth £50 ps surely an option price of £20 would have been more reasonable

2. I get Vlad getting 300k, I even get him having 600k and splitting the tax bill with his wife, but the rest is gratuitous and PR getting 300k is incredible, he is after all the architect of the kamikaze financing strategy to date.

I will fume in silence for a while longer.

p.s. I cant sell my shares because selling that number would crash the sp and me and everyone else would be worse off.

Pedantic comments …. P4 must pass 28 days before P5 can be lympho depleted. P6 can begin lympho depletion 14 days after P5 is infused. In reality this means it couldnt be 2 infusions per month but could theoretically be 2 infusions per c. 40 days. That is at least my understanding from VS

Ribbit, I and other LTHs have been trying for a few weeks now - some LTHs are waiting v patiently, some others are less comfortable with the wait/gap. Of course you are right, we will find out eventually, but I am expecting some news will arrive either this week or next.

BBB, if it makes you feel any better …. having taken part in 2 placings previously and having a relationship (of sorts) with VS I offered him money last month knowing he would raise soon, he said he may come back to me later next month ie this month. He didnt. I suspect he was offered ‘enough’ via a particular group of investors and didnt want to complicate it further - hence he didnt respond to you I suspect
