Hello SJ...Never ever said this wasn't risky, did I? I could of course be wrong, but I'm still believing the Government's decision will stand and that'll bring back the confidence we've lost. As for concern about the money expended on Vardar...well time will tell and we don't know the full story yet.
Fair play Suzy :)
Meant to finish that with... it's a big risk but I've always been honest about my dealings here and I've reported my one time sell.
And I'll post when I feel like it.
I see I've made enemies on here supporting this Company and buying quite a lot of shares, strange that isn't it...if I were to start selling 200K per day for a bit the sp would probably be a lot less than 1.40; my steadfast loyalty is a problem to some which is a bit odd. I may be wrong about this but that's the way the cookie crumbles on AIM, I'm talking a gamble for sure but I don't see why that should upset people, it's a bit risk and I
Morning Unclemal....It's fun on here isn't it. And what does he know. I never touch sherry or gin, just a little glass of red or half a beer which is much better for you. Cheers.
Pocko no you’ve spent the last couple of years upsetting and boring us to death and you wonder where people have gone ,I think you should look in the mirror,
I've not spent the last couple of years posting how great things are though. The boss? Hilarious...
Post something worthwhile, or don't bother.
I think you've been on the gin... Back on the naughty step for you.
Does the fact that the sp is 1..40p make me more dumb than Pocko? Surely, if he's got shares, his are also worth 1.40p and doesn't that make him just as dumb as me.
Just wondering. Lol.
Fair play pocko calling it as it is been here a long time undetwater big time respect suzy and erics views to there credit they want to see the positives but as i have said before dilution will finish all of use good health to you all jurys out but i feel we will also get beat from the enemy with in who do not have our interest to improve the sp at all i find the passive attitude of the swedish shareholders bewildering enjoy your bank holiday
Strong comeback... Dumb as a rubber thumb.
There's no argument.
The SP is 1.45p
What more more evidence do you need?
Desperate?
Lol. Thought I was filtered. The thing about debate is there's supposed to be more than one side to it.
Interesting stuff aug59... But other than tenuous links between industry leaders, there is absolutely nothing to support your posting.
And here's a simple fact for both of you: The last fundraise would not have been necessary had Budge not invested £3.25m of company money on Vardar since 2018, the valuation of which is being called into question, and rightly so. BS you say? Prove me wrong.
The pair of you have been on the wrong side of the argument for sometime.
That didn't last long did it? Not so much a holiday, as a weekend break.
Afternoon Aug....Yes, I agree, it's BS. Thanks for your thoughts, pretty sharp as usual. atb.
Thanks for that Eric, good to see the new CEO has visited all 3 sites. We must hear something from him soon surely. When did the review start?
'ongoing activities at vardar' lol yeah right, I think the vardar' team are trying to look busy for that next pay cheque.
Morning.. The visit is good. This talk of possible past fiddle with Vardar is BS, imo – not enough money involved, and too much risk.. Kallak would have been the project to fill ya boots, and with the power of state to cover everyone’s r’s.com. Uni mates? Guilty! Lol..
Anyway, Moving on, Henrik Henriksson, the CEO at H2 Green steel is going to be a huge player in Swedish iron ore/ steel in the coming years, for sure! Scania, (100% owned by Volkswagen, with over $200 Billion of group sales P/A) is just one of the end – users invested in H2GS. Henriksson was CEO at Scania at the time when Scania first invested in H2GS. We learned recently that H2GS will be shipping in iron ore from far away places, supplied by Vale and Rio tinto – interestingly, Scania, both Vale and Rio tinto have been developing autonomous mine trucks, whilst in operations on their mine sites, and they will continue working together to develop fully EV’s too, it is reported.. Point being, Henriksson is a deal – maker, and is very well connected throughout this back – scratching world, and BEM’s new CEO, did speak first, of end – users, and significant optionality.. We will have to see what happens with the clean pit just down the road.. atb……
Kallak is located away from this new conservation area. Makes for an interesting read.

Roller, I feel Kurt is a straight-shooter, but that doesn’t mean everyone else is.
Hi. Hasty. I’m pleased that Ed has visited all of our project sites now, to give himself the overall picture for each one. He’ll know how much we’ve invested in Vardar prior to his arrival and have been able to judge whether the amount invested was justifiable, for example. We don’t feel that it has been, but he should have access to the accounts to see the costings/asset breakdown in better detail and hopefully how our percentages were determined. Although I won’t hold my breath on that last bit.
After all of these site visits I’m trusting that we’ll have an RNS update before too long. Not just a very brief post on LinkedIn.
The "Boss" delusional or scammed or just plain stupid or dodgy.... surely not ?? Good weekend all.. remember in Kurt some people trust..
Good investigating Eric
Vardar either saw Kurt coming or something very dodgy went on there, as aren't they old Uni pals? £3m invested and nothing seemingly to show for it apart from a low SP, a shroud of mystery and words like 'epithermal' and 'porphyry' and of course 'very exciting' and 'potential'.
I hope I am very wrong but words like scam, delusion, fraud and collusion come to mind; and based upon the info shareholders have they seem to be more apt.
It also seems odd to me that we’d invest so much and increase our percentage holding to around 61%, only to then spin the company out. Why bother doing all of that, when we could have perhaps invested in a different company that was already producing or had discovered a commercially viable asset.
Anyway, just mulling things over somewhat, in the absence of news. Worse case scenario is that the Vardar lads saw Kurt coming and took advantage, really sold it to him, because the reality is there is still no proven top-notch asset.
Prof, thanks. I’ve been pondering about Vardar, insofar as the use of ‘state-of-the-art’ technology. That must have cost quite a bit, and it seems that it was there in place before we began funding Vardar in return for percentages each time. So I was wondering who funded the purchase of the technology and why does it feel that we’ve been the only company bankrolling Vardar since we started investing. Their last posted accounts revealing an increase in asset value coinciding roughly with the money we invested during that period.
I’m not sure who else might be funding them, or why that looks to have stopped. Bearing in mind we haven’t heard of a Spring drill being undertaken, and BEM allocating no further funds to Vardar since January.
Would it fold if we still retained our percentage but completely stopped funding it, I suppose is the question.
Good work EricD.
