Well if Ganfeng can't or won't complete on their deal there must be some other major player who can afford this pittance for a massive proved resource. It's like having Fort Knox and saying do you want a huge slice of this for a fraction of the value. If it was not proved or in early stage of discovery it would be a different matter.

He could say this deal is ring-fenced, that would be nice...
It would be nice to get some reassurance but what could PS say other than nothing has changed. We are awaiting the final approvals from China that could come any day now, what is he supposed to do, contact them and say a few of our share holders are worried so could they hurry it up a bit. Also there is no information linking the failed Garfeng fund raise with the deal with BCN. I agree these things may cause worry and have caused a few to sell but volume has been low and the trend will soon reverse with any good news. My main irritation is that I did not trade some of my shares to capitalise on this situation, I suspect that opportunity has now been missed. I certainly don't think PS has some news he is keeping secret but will release if he is emailed.
Email sent too - hopefully its a case of more the merrier. Grim stat MG, but reflected in the now oversold readings, and with the share on the brink of a kiss of its 200DMA, everything looks ripe for a major bounce. Perhaps the company reaffirming the market could be that catalyst.

Is this what everyone has used? We are now down again, and that makes one (ONE) up day in the last 14 sessions! Just not good enough, and some clarity needed.
Who should we address the email to? PS directly or is there a communications officer? Oh no, hang on, there can't be one of those or we'd have been informed of recent developments, or lack of, already!
the more E-Mails the better ... -)
Did yesterday. No reply yet
I just sent an E-Mail to Bacanora and asked for clarification and reassurance for the ongoing funding / financing and I encourage all other Shareholders to do the same !
PS is bad enough for keeping us in the dark but if you want real secrecy and lack of info try KZG -- I went long quite largely in this share and it is just a black hole for cash and info..
it seems the link doesn´t work ... one more try ...

I have following big picture in my mind ... had this already since some weeks but oculdn´t imagine BCN again will fall soo deep ... an clarification from PS / BCN via a RNS would be very very helpful NOW ...
Mother Teresa would have the patience to invest in BCN, just when you think why the decline you realise everyone knows something you don’t and again PS just treats us like mushrooms...

Lets get back to Basics. One Chinese consent given. Awaiting two more in the pipeline. Hopefully soon. Either way investments take time to play out. Sit back and wait . BCN has good prospects with due diligence performed by people more qualified to do so than you or I. Investments require research , conviction. and patience

Islandgirl. Your point being?
North sea the mms dont press the buy and sell buttons!
Agree with the sentiment here that an update here must be incoming; or hopefully IG is right that if it doesn't affect us, no need to mention it?
GBP 2.8bn mcap, you would think the Bacanora deal was small change for them, the shareholder revolt seems more aimed at big spend projects not tea money.
Surely if it did effect us it's a legal requirement to RNS us
From a s/p of 48 we're now witnessing roughly a 35% decline in just two weeks and still no word from PS. Personally I would truly appreciate some kind of reassurance along the lines of 'all is well'. I can't imagine the BoDs are sitting quietly in their offices going about their daily business unperturbed by what's happening to the s/p, whether it's due to manipulation or not. Or am I wrong? My average is 44 so I am panicking but can't bring myself to sell because all the fundamentals look so strong. Please PS, I would like to hear something from you that helps reassure/build confidence/inspires trust that you and the BoD are aware of, preferably on top of, the current situation and that the s/p slump is going to be short lived. I realise I am just a humble (whining) pi but I do have a significant holding here and it matters to me that the man at the helm has a care about my investment in his Company.
Very boring but when I was a teacher (now retired) the only time I ever avoided communication (buried my head in the sand) with superiors/parents/colleagues was when I knew I was either hopelessly behind with work, in the wrong or at a total loss as to how to solve a current problem. I hope that doesn't ring a long, loud bell for you this morning....
Unfortunately NS1, your view is that of many and that is why AIM is struggling, placings can't get away etc. And it is hardly surprising.
The companies are just playthings for the MMs to do what they want. Signing up with AIM brokers, getting to know a few characters, share a few drinks & get them loose lipped, and you'd never touch this market again. For me, it has to be something of truly exceptional value to invest in now I have an even greater understanding of this market's inner workings. BCN is just that and will be about the only AIM share I'll hold. Whereas the main markets are a stacked deck in your favour (QE, governments wanting higher markets etc), AIM is a stacked deck against you as volumes/commissions dry up and market makers have to get more creative to pay for their city excesses.
Ffs, wake up and help us out PS, this vote happened on Tuesday, are we affected and if the deal was reliant on shareholder approval why the hell didn’t you mention it?!
Totally agree C4. This will be my last investment in an AIM company. Overrun with shorters nowadays and most board of directors are only here for a large salary and just press the dilution button every once in a while. I'm sitting with an average of 22.5 so not concerned in the slightest but AIM is totally corrupt.
