Personally I think that the whole discussion around linking the project with TUN is irrelevant. If the resource at Redmoor is anything close to what we are led to believe then commercial financing will not be a problem. If TUN had the cash to buy out Redmoor fine, but it has no bearing on the viability of the project. Also don’t really think that processing at TUN’s plant is really that viable an option, especially with out at least a large amount of preprocessing. You can’t just trunk millions of tons of rock over even this relatively short distance. Also TUN’s plant is for totally different ore type. Anyway expect all that will be thrashed out in the DFS.

Not trying to be picky but Q2 could be anything from 9 months away, 1st April onwards I think.

The RNS indicates that the drilling campaign will run though to Q2 2027 including the data for the PFS , but also targeting data or the DFS. There is some ambiguity around where that will leave us in requiring further drilling or not for the DFS and to an indicated resource. Maybe they don't know themselves. So does the PFS land in Q2 or will there be enough data to issue the PFS at an earlier point?

There was also this extract:

Drilling will also integrate earlier sample and data collection for the bulk of the requirements for geotechnical, metallurgical and hydrogeological studies of the pre-feasibility/feasibility programme with the intention of accelerating data collection for full feasibility and to limit the need and size of further programmes in the future.

So does again indicate that the drilling campaign running to Q2 will provide the data for full feasability and not just pfs

I noted from the RNS that the drilling campaign will run through to Q2 2027. What I particularly noted was the following extract:

“ · This programme is believed by the company to be the largest, continuous, diamond drilling programme to be undertaken in Cornwall. It reflects the scale and ambition of the Company's commitment to advance Redmoor to an Indicated resource and through pre-feasibility/feasibility as effectively and quickly as possible.”

Does this mean that the proposed drilling campaign finishing in Q2 2027 provide us with full Feasibility and Indicated Resource in Q2 not just the PFS. I that is the case that is significant news and at what stage in the timeline will the PFS land. To me this needs some clarification and I would be interested to know what others think.

Fantastic news. Can see it on the Cornwall Council website. This was always going to get permission, it was just a matter whether onerous conditions were imposed, in particular the LLFA conditions that Cornwall Resources strongly objected to and said made project unviable. Reading through quickly I think, or was that almost think, that these have been dropped which is even better news. Expect we will get an RNS in the morning giving the companies view.

If it’s been recommended for approval that should just be a rubber stamp almost.

What I mean is that if it’s going to committee it can’t be passed till the meeting because it will be voted in by the councillors on the planning committee.

Does the application need to go to committee or is it being passed under delegated powers? I looked the other day and thought next relevant committee meeting was on 16th, but not completely sure.

Well sorry for the confusion then. You do have to be so careful with AI. Same name, both have interests in copper sector, both have interests in Australia etc. Let’s just hope finance being secured anyway.:) As I said it’s discounted from sp. So I suppose will still be discounted from sp till it’s sorted.

If Caprum have indeed got there finance sorted as was discussed yesterday it will only be a matter of time now. Hopefully very shortly. I think many thought this would never complete so is totally discounted from sp. Should get some uplift.

If they have secured the financing it is looking hopeful. Could complete anytime during the extension period, they will not necessarily wait till the end of the period. That would be a nice RNS to wake up to!

If that is true and the deal completes it would probably give a major uplift to the SP since at present I think the whole matter is discounted. Also worth bearing in mind that deal could complete at any time not just at end of extension period.
