And SP drops 15%, really.
So why has the SP nose dived?!!
Indeed - all investors could ask for and much more!
Spectacular results considering the current investment environment.
Dammit, was going to add this morning at 2.52, then had a work meeting! FFS
Its notable, that as soon as the SP starts to drift that the buyers return, suggesting that there are plenty of long term buyers accumulating stock.
It appears Ashcroft is buying up Merchant Capitals reductions, approx another 2%. What's he so confident about?
After market closed Simon has posted a new update with a new target price of 3.75p up from 3p.

Jaywing has a lot of debt. Urge caution
Ive been saying this to BBSN for years that they should take over Jaywing. Adding a data science arm to the suite of marketing tools is not a bad idea.
just doubled his holding.
social chain acquisition and Lombard almost totally out means there's a possible rerate coming. 2.87 is up 30% from Sept and since new BoD and a much better vision for the company, good things promised over the coming months. short term somewhere closer to 4p than 3.
gla.
*29.9%
He owns 39.9% of Jaywing which is interesting
wow bihitter getting in.lord ashcroft business man and former chairman of the conservative party.
Yes, lots going on here at the moment - very interesting!
zero to 7% plus. This has to be worthy of note.
cfo is happy with the deal though.
- Not keen on buying a business with EBITDA loss but I guess they use fwd looking revenue which in this environment is expected to be lower yoy so "buys when there is blood in the street" applies here, great acquisitive strategy
- trading update is good, margin expansion from 7% to 11% - 10/10
- biz is still cheap which provides downside protection
STRONG BUY
What a fantastic acquisition with a big foot in the US market.
Brave Bison is really going places!!!
wow. Onwards and upwards!
Looks like another astute bit of business by BB. Explains all the 250,000+ trades over the last few weeks - absolutely snapped up by forward selling to someone! TR1 at some point?
Sp very on strong run, hopefully has substance, maybe to do with acquisition. The Green's did mention turning BBSN into £100M CO.
